Planner/calendar, laundry basket for dirty clothes, file cabinet, stove with like 6 burners, shag carpet throwback, lazy boy chair, lights that make stars on the ceiling, some joe blow and tha jacka CDs.

Edit: maybe also some ecigs and Tim boots with nike Heritage sweatpants.
