I am 14yo,60kg,170cm...

And i am fat,really fat.

I am girly,really girly.

Almost no testosterone on me,i have girly hands, girly hands.

I have no strength,no muscles,i am not tall because i only eat 1 meal a day to lose fat,i have only fat.

I want to ask you how can i become a man?=

I am shy, afraid of getting out of home because of my body, afraid of everyone and everything,i am girly,i can't talk to anybody because of my shyness..

WHat bodyweight workout should I do and what diet without counting calories to get a better body?

I want to get a body like this guy (search on yt or google images)

CSGO Device or Gareth Bale from Real Madrid

I though about working out in the morning as a little warmup,in the afternoon the same and in the evening the big workout

What do you think ? Should i do that?

Also how can i get better grades and have straight a's?

I want to become strong, muscular, lean,MANLY,make everyone fear me and not me fearing everyone else.

Have manly face, manly body,be good at sports and athletic, stop being shy

You're 14 bud. Stop being so hard on yourself. Start with this - play a sport or activity you like, or think you'd like. Join a club or something. Don't worry about sucking. Everyone sucks the first time they do something. If people make fun of your weight, fuck them. You're making a change for yourself and a true man would respect that. As you get better, you'll feel better, eat better and gain confidence.

Grades - get a tutor. It'll help you build accountability in the beginning. Good luck! Baby steps man. You got this

You ask what do I need to do but then you limit yourself. "I need a diet but no calorie counting!" You're hurting yourself. Man up. Here's what you need.

Set your goals. Do whatever it takes to get there. Whatever it is.

You want to get in shape?

Stronglifts.com

It's a free site. Strong lift 5x5 is an easy beginner weight lifting workout that'll get you strong. It's a three month program and there's a free ap.

Start eating 3 meals a day. Eating one will make your body go into a state of hibernation almost and will make you eat your muscles in order to save what you have left.

Do this every day

Morning - 4 egg whites and 1 cup of oatmeal.

Lunch - 8oz of grilled chicken, fish, steak or turkey with 1 cup of carbs (rice, noodles or potato) and 1 cup of vegetables

No carbs after 4pm. Unused carbs (lipids) get stored as fat.

Dinner - 8 oz grilled meat, side salad or cup of vegetables.

Do that. Every fucking day. Drink 8 glasses of water. Limit your soda in takes. No sugary drinks. No desserts and stop buying snacks. Just stick to this.

Work out. Run. Eat.

Read up on "couch to 5k"

Theres a $2 ap and it's really easy to follow.

Best of luck.

Also read the books No More Mr Nice Guy by Glover and Models by Manson

Post script edit: Dude! You're 14. So talk to your parents about this. How you feel and how you want to change. Ask them to help you. Also talk to a male teacher or male coach who you like. Tell them the same. Coaches were the biggest influence for me personally as an athlete in high school. You're talking to a sponsored bicyclist whose roommate does Iron Man and Tour de France. You can do it. But it starts with you WANTING to. Focus on yourself, forget girls right now. Get in shape.

Other great books to read after you've read those:

The Art of War by Sun Tsu

Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer

Total Recall by Arnold Schwarzenegger

Wild at Heart by Jon Eldredge

The Raven: Biography of Sam Houston

Glover and Manson might be a bit advanced for a 14 year old but otherwise good comment.

Also, LoseIt and/or MyFitnessPal apps and r/loseit for moral support.

You need to start walking. Then escalate to hiking. Take a book with you, take more water than you need, carry a heavy pack. Get moving and get comfortable in your own skin. Be sure to look around you while you're walking. Get into the woods.

Do this a lot. It'll help your physique a lot.

Take a lesson from the Ancient Spartans.

Train and implement discipline to your life on a daily basis, start off small wake up earlier every day, commit to achieving a set of specific tasks, start a basic weightlifting routine.

If it wasn't for the commitment from the Ancient Spartans they would be the same as any other Greek people's at the time and would be walked over by their enemies and hostile environment.

Do not over complicate your routine, just make a commitment to yourself to train, eat high quality protein, moderate fats and be aware of those carbs especially sugary drinks and sweets.

Make a commitment and stay with it.

Stay strong brother.

You want those things, but are you willing to put your time, patience, effort and many other things to achieve them?

First step: Fix your grammar and clean up your post.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
