I don't know, man, most healthy people I know just don't get involved with weird movements and mostly just treat people like people. Date who you find attractive, be a dick when you want... if you really want what comes from that, talk to people and enjoy their company, etc. But there's no reason to single out a small life philosophy (that you can even empathize with... fat people don't want to be ridiculed for being fat. Do you really not get that?) and spend all your energy breaking it down or battling it or ridiculing it. Try living your own life for once. Then maybe you can also 'go your own way'.
