I have written this post/video to help guys that do not have optimal test levels. I remember before I lifted and ate good I used to have the test levels of a CUCK and would be cringe as a fuck during every social interactions. Upon fixing up my hormones the game actually became a fuck ton easier. Many times your success with women isn't due to a lack of technical skill. You suck because you don't have the drive. You have the test levels of a 80 year old granny you don't even want to fucking succeed. Fix your T levels and come back to me like a rising Phoenix.

How to boost testosterone levels naturally

In this post I will be going over 5 scientifically proven ways to boost testosterone levels, but first let’s talk about why your testosterone levels are incredibly important for your general well being:

Testosterone is androgen hormone that is crucial for the development of masculine traits within males. Testosterone levels are correlated with:

• Increased libido: testosterone is a sex hormone which has direct effects on your libido. Men with low libidos are often diagnosed with having low testosterone levels and are put on testosterone replacement therapy.

• Increased muscle mass: testosterone levels have a direct impact on the amount of muscle mass you can build. Generally men with higher levels are able to pack on more size on their frame.

• Increased bone density: Some studies have actually shown testosterone to play an important role in bone density.

• Decreasing chances of Alzheimer’s disease, various studies have shown low levels of testosterone to having being linked to Alzheimers

• Studies have indicated that low levels of testosterone might be linked with depression, many people who have suffered from low test levels have attested to the huge improvement gained upon increasing their levels.

A general trend has been observed by researchers of men’s testosterone levels lowering over the years. A big decline has been noted over the past 30 years. These changes are most likely the result of changes in the modern diet and lifestyle.

Now let’s go over 5 ways in which you can boost your testosterone levels naturally:

5. Exercise and lift weights

Men who exercise frequently are often associated with having higher test levels. Resistance training (using weights) has been noted to be the most effective method for building test levels up in the short term and long term. So if you want to boost your levels make sure you get on a good strength training program that has you doing big compound movements such as squats and deadlifts.

For beginners I suggest Strong lifts or even the Starting strength program my Mark Rippletoe. H.I.I.T Cardio which involves repeated bouts of high intensity work is often better for stimulating test levels than slower paced treadmill work. If you are doing some cardio choose to hit a bag or do barbell complexes over the elliptical machine if you want that test boost.

4. Minimize Stress and Cortisol levels

Long term stress whether from a boss who won’t give you a break, or unpaid bills can lead to increases in cortisol levels. High cortisol levels are devastating for test levels. Picture your hormones as kind of like a see saw. One of them goes up, the other goes down. You must do all that’s within your power to keep those cortisol levels down. Some things that you could consider doing to lower stress are:

• Meditation ( scientifically proven to lower stress)

• Deep Breathing ( as Elliot hulse says ‘breath into your balls’), sometimes “Deep breathing counters the effects of stress by slowing the heart rate and lowering blood pressure,” psychologist Judith Tutin, PhD, says

• Keep away from excessive use of stimulants, perhaps your 10 cups of coffee a day are having something to do with you elevated test levels, if you still want your man parts to work, perhaps it’s time you ease up on the caffeine.

3. Eat more fat

Sounds crazy doesn’t it? You have always been told to keep away from fat yet ‘dietary fat’ plays an important role in optimizing your natural testosterone levels.

A study published in the Journal of Applied Physiology found that diets with higher amounts of monounsaturated and saturated fats have been shown to increase testosterone levels.

There is a point of diminishing returns however, an appropriate level dietary fat for testosterone production should fall somewhere in the ball park of 25-40% of your daily calories. Play around with these numbers to see what works for you.

Some good sources of fats that you could add into your diet are:

• Avocados ( my personal favourite )

• Almonds

• Peanut Butter

• Olive oil

• Egg yolk ( do not be afraid of the yolk )

2. Increase the zinc in your diet

The mineral zinc has been known to produce a favourable environment for test production; if your levels are low you might suffer. Zinc can be easily supplemented with pills but for the best result make sure you try get most of your Zinc from real foods. Eat the following to increase your levels:

• Protein rich meats

• Fish

• Oysters

• Crabs

1. Get more sleep

This last one should be a no brainer, make sure you are getting a proper amount of sleep and are not walking around like a zombie. A lack of sleep has been shown to be detrimental to testosterone production.

Research at the University of Chicago recorded the sleeping patterns of healthy men and found that the subjects' testosterone levels increased the longer they slept. 7-9 hours was noted to be the best in order to optimize the testosterone response.

An important note: the quality of sleep might be more important than the quantity of sleep. To ensure that you are getting adequate sleep at night I suggest you:

• Have a come down period where you de-load and get away from high stimulus material such as television and the internet. Tim Ferris suggests reading fiction books before sleep to ease your mind.

• Don’t drink too much water before the bed, or you will ruin your deep sleep each time you have to get up and run to the toilet.

• Use a white noise machine or play some binaural beats to ease yourself into bed

So those are 5 ways in which you can boost your testosterone levels. Your testosterone is one of the most important hormones in your body. If you want to live the good life, it is your reasonability that you do all that is within your control to keep them levels high. Just remember, if you aren’t waking up with some oak wood every morning. There is work that can be done! Let’s begin.

    1:1 dates are a zero alcohol game. Keep your wits, and good breath. If you absolutely need a shot, drink one vodka tonic, or gin & tonic. Follow up with straight soda water. Only 1 shot per hour, 3 shots per date, tops. Your drinking game is on point, so you can metabolize this easily, while maintaining control.

    Drink your drinks slow on dates. Everything you do should be slow and deliberate, anyhow. Show her that you have control in this, as well as every aspect your life.

    Beer makes your breath smell awful, and you’ll be peeing every 5 minutes. Best to avoid it altogether.

    Stress is probably by far the biggest factor IMO when it comes to test levels. I’m a pretty avid lifter and been lifting for 3 years. probably one of the biggest guys at my gym. When i was blue pilled and went through relationship problems, at the gym i felt like a fucking weak bitch. Never pushed myself. Didint care about working out as much. Would avoid social interactions. would stop being a fun, positive, and witty person that i was before.

    Managing stress is crucial, as everyone these days has something that they stress about.

    Yep. I quit drinking a year ago. Had to get all new friends. Even ended up hating my best friend. It took some time, but now I have a blast sober with new people, and it is pretty low effort.

    Also, if someone thinks you suck because you don’t drink. Fuck ‘em. They don’t have to hang around you.

    Technically, ejaculation doesn't effect testosterone levels. But personally, jerkin it kills my sex drive. Whether it's psychological or hormonal, abstaining makes a huge difference for me personally.

      One thing that effected me for a while and not realizing it was NOT eating enough calories per day. Before TRP I use to just eat a 1200 - 1500 calorie diet while doing HIIT x 2 times a week and lifting free weights 3 times a week. I was in good shape but my T levels were shot. I could not figure it out for a while. Then after deciding to bulk up I realized the difference. Honestly I would get erect after having a good meal and walk around for a while after lol. I didnt really have problems getting it up but with the calorie surplus and lifting I was horny quite often. Also some Alpha tendencies did to flow more naturally then feeling like I had to try all the time.

      I had similar experience, related to diet. But not woth calorie deficit but with not eating carbs. I was on protein / fat that is low carb diet for years. Everything was seemingly ok but after I introduced carbs to my diet (at moment 2200kcal daily on 80kg, macro ratio 30c 30f 40p) I felt thousands of positive changes.

      Tip# 0: Stop masturbating.

      After day 7 you get a spike in test, in your blood(key point) at which point your androgen receptors regrow and take that test to use, as time goes on, you grow more and more androgen receptors, using more of that elevated test in your blood.

      The better advice is to get your testosterone levels checked at the doctors, if your levels are low the only way to significantly increase them is TRT treatments.

      Diet, sleep and exercise will only make minor changes to testosterone levels.

      It's amazing how much bullshit and bro science is getting upvoted in this thread. Video games? No fap? Sugar? None of these are scientifically significant at all, please do some real research before displaying things as facts.

      Video games I used to be a pretty big gamer in my sparetime, competitive games like counter-strike and league and whatever they are easily stressful and shoot cortisol up. Something to take in moderation or drop at all if you want the best of yourself or you're starting TRP and want a quick fix. Fapping is something to drop too. I dont game these anymore or rarely the testosterone benefits are real, mood, more gains, deeper voice, bolder, magnetic, I feel fucking good. Minimize useless stress for a healthier life.

      Yeah, i stopped fapping since about 1 week. Just casually not planned. And i didnt shave my beard (it now looks very.... well unclean or something, not really dirty, i wash it, but you know, hair looking in every direction, just wild), and i notice girls noticing me more than ever.       Nofap is huge. Before it became a ''known'' thing I always avoided fapping for a week or two prior to events/party/date whatever to great success always had girls drawn to me. It just made sense in my mind that I had to abstain if I wanted a girl. But pulling girls and their attention easily is just one of the benefits of keeping that mojo.       Yeah, costa rica has its benefits. Especially in the dry season. Only sun all day long for almost half a year (only one or two hours per week exception) and even the wet season has a lot of sun.

      Don’t know if you need/want the advice or not, but from an “experienced” beard grower get a boar bristle brush and some beard oil. I intentionally go for the wild man look because from what I’ve observed women are tired of the perfectly crafted hipster facial hair. Go figure, women don’t like when a man takes longer to touch up his beard than they do to put on makeup. The bristle bush helps spread natural oils and remove grime from it, and the oil moisturizes. Most women are pleasantly surprised when they think your beard is going to give steel wool a run for its money but it’s actually soft, well soft for facial hair but you get the point.

Neuroticism is a measurement of things like (social) anxiety and can cause people to be more avoidant of situations and generally be more withdrawn.

      Noteably this is independant of extraversion/introversion. People we typically think of as "shy" are more often than not, high in neuroticism, not necessarily introverts.

      Women do not get the same bemefit from excercise.

      This is one of the few ways in which personality traits can be modified that i know off. The other is drugs, like mushrooms, that increase your openness by a full standard deviation for at least a year after your last trip.

        Vitamin d. Legit raised my total test by 100 (ng/dl) from taking vitamin d supplements for a few months. My vitamin d levels went from 18 ng/ml to 73.

        In nature, we'd store vitamin d in our fat cells (usually our livers) during the summer so we had it for the darker and colder months when our skin was covered. Actually, when severely obese people lose weight quickly, they can run the risk of vitamin d toxicity. Perhaps my low body fat worked against me in this regard.

        These days, many of us don't get enough in the summer time to last us for the winter. A few years at that desk job and you're fucked.

        Note: i'm a caucasian from a warm climate area and a are therefore supposed to be at "low risk" for a vitamin d deficiency. I do, however, have a desk job.

          Google Dr. Rhonda Patrick. She has some good thoughts on this. She (and Tim Ferriss) agree that a 30 minute epsom salt bath can substitute for a sauna. The main key here is to heat up your body for a prolonged period of time. Sauna is obviously way more efficient, but a bath will suffice. My mental clarity is at its highest when I’m A. Fasting (I typically do one meal a day), drinking lots of water, lifting and doing my post workout bath soaks. I typically read in the bath too so I kill two birds with one stone.

          No limit. You'd puke or cut into your veggie intake before it gets harmful.

          There is a possible exception for certain gene polymorphisms connected to saturated fat metabolism and possibly some other gene factors.

          Also don't do it in combination with high sugar, (pre)diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, etc. without tracking small sense LDL particle numbers or medical supervision.

          If you get tested for small dense LDL you can actually know if what you are doing is bad for you. If you can't and you are at risk it's best to take it safe.

          What sort of increase is the science behind this predicts ? The range that's considered normal in UK is between 7.6 and 30 nmol / l which is a huge spread. So even if all the above gets you 30% increase (which would be big for natural methods) when you're at the low end of the scale you'd still be at 1/3 of what a high T man are.
