Building PowerFrame is EVERYTHING (self.TheRedPill)

submitted by Immune2DNP

Hello lads, it's me the neighborhood autist, posting again. Unlike my other posts (essays?), this will be a short post. I know frame has been discussed extensively, and I don't wanna beat a dead horse, but frame is everything.

Intro

Frame is one of those abstract concepts that's difficult to put into words. However, it is one of the most, if not most, important components of your personality, character, and presence. Whether you are a jacked 6'2 Greek God who makes 6 figures or a basement dwelling neckbeard Cheetos-crusted fingers video game playing autist, frame matters.

Body

What I'm about to highlight below is a bit of a Catch-22. There is a spectrum to frame: the higher your SMV, the less you need to maintain frame. This is because when you are that chiseled Greek God, you can afford to let your SMV do the talking for you. However, the point here is that most guys who have high SMV, built a life they're proud of, worked hard, overcame adversity, and succeeded despite all odds, will have a rock solid frame that they developed on their way there.

The neckbeard I described above, will have no reason to have a strong frame (unless jerking off to Hentai and beating the latest dungeon in World of Warcraft counts). However, even if this guy has no reason to have a strong frame, if he somehow does and it comes off as authentic, he can still pull girls. The issue here is that he will likely experience massive cognitive dissonance if he tries to come off as a cool, high value guy, because deep down he knows he's done nothing to reach that level in real life (only level 100 in WoW).

Frame is EVERYTHING

Your frame will naturally develop as you get further along in your journey. When you work on yourself and do things every day that help build you into the man you want to become and see yourself as, it will get stronger. I used to be the supplicating type (to guys and girls), because I was needy, desperate for people to like me, and did not want to "rock the boat". Why did I do this? Because I had nothing of value to offer myself; this is one of the fundamental problems of "nice guys". Not only do they have no frame, they think they're worth a shit because they're "nice" and that entitles them to a good lifestyle and hot girls. This is "manipulative" behavior (I put that in quotes because girls see right through this).

My Experience

Guys, when you OWN your frame, and I mean really OWN it-you can get away with a lot more than you think you can in life. When I saw posts on this forum about guys who said only operate within your own frame or my version of reality is the only reality, I could not figure out what they meant. This is because everywhere you go, people will shit-test you. Guys and girls will shit test you. If you are in big groups at school, work, friend circle, you will get shit tested, guys will try to AMOG, there will be social pressure. The guys I was describing above, maintain frame in spite of all of these things. When you have a frame this strong, you can get away with saying and doing anything (short of breaking the law you autists), and create the reality you want.

I've spoken without a filter, made an idiot out of myself, done "self-deprecating" things, acted blue pill just for fun, pushed the boundaries extremely far with friends, with girls just before hooking up (which we still did), even at work in a professional corporate setting, and people-guys and girls, coworkers, friends, they've all come to respect me even more. When you have this type of frame (which can only be achieved by working on yourself and searching/living towards your highest purpose in life), it doesn't matter what the fuck you say. Some people will despise you, but it doesn't matter, because you live in your own reality. However, most people will respect the shit out of you, because you are seen as a larger than life individual. Think about it, who do you know that speaks without a filter, acts how they want unapologetically, is not faking it (i.e. genuine to their personality), and successful in life?

Conclusion

The purpose of this post is to highlight the importance of frame. You should realize how crucial it is when interacting with anyone. Even you will shit test yourself: when you talk yourself out of approaching, taking on that more difficult task at work, studying for your exam, pursuing a new hobby, starting to lift (you have to lift!). You will doubt yourself and your insecurities will get the best of you at times, but the stronger your frame is, the more you will realize that those are simply thoughts-they are not you. Everything starts within your own mind.

“Even you will shit test yourself...”

Wow. I never thought of it like that. The exact same things I say to myself before an approach or an interview or whatever are the things women say to test my SMV.

[–]R3DViperrrr 7 points8 points  (2 children)

Could you give some examples?

[–]fkngerbil 20 points21 points  (0 children)

"I can't go talk to that girl, my hair is not like I want/Im not dressed well enough/she might be bussy"

Just go!

[–]AlQWEffos239 106 points107 points  (16 children)

Great post man, work on ur insecurities then u got nothing to be ashamed of. That’s what I got from the post.

[–]TRP VanguardHumanSockPuppet 103 points104 points  (3 children)

The only insecurity a man really needs to consciously work on is his fear of the humiliation that comes as a result of failure.

Fear of humiliation is what paralyzes most men into inaction. That inaction leads to stagnation, which leads to shame about his lack of skill and competence, which leads to lack of self-confidence, and so on.

Most insecurities stem from the initial fear of humiliation.

Once you realize that no one is paying that much attention to you, become free to challenge yourself, free to fail, free to learn, and therefore free to grow.

There is no growth without challenge, and there is no challenge without failure.

Throw yourself at Your Mission with everything you've got - no shame and no regret - and all your other insecurities will sort themselves out.

[–]Sbdaq 16 points17 points  (0 children)

In truth, all insecurities all fears stem from the fundamental fear of death. Humiliation = kicked out of the tribe = death.

If a man is free from his fear he basically becomes a god. That shit is god mode.

[–]ryandc61287 5 points6 points  (0 children)

great fucking post and great fucking username!

[–]Immune2DNP[S] 67 points68 points  (2 children)

Working on your insecurities is one thing. However, the important take away is while you are working on your insecurities, to be comfortable with them and own them. You should also ask yourself if it's even worth being insecure about (is it something like height you can never change, or being fat which you can change?)

Also, realize that everyone has insecurities. I know TRP likes to be all "stoic about everything, insecure about nothing". Being human means having an insecurity or two, getting oneitis here and there, acting BP sometimes. If you catch yourself doing these things, and you are OKAY with it (not beating yourself up)-then you can work to overcome it. If you do what the guy below said and only make an effort to hide it, it will always be clawing away at you.

[–]KRISTAPORZINGA 31 points32 points  (1 child)

Well said. This board would be a lot better if people here didn’t act like they were macho tough guys 100% of the time. It sets up completely unrealistic standards for the people that take them seriously and not with a grain of salt.

[–]yumyumgivemesome 6 points7 points  (0 children)

AMOGs come from every direction, including here. Just more practice to maintain frame despite all their posturing.

[–]hemlock35 -20 points-19 points  (8 children)

Not really, this whole post seemed to portray to hide your insecurities by maintaining your frame. Then your insecurities won’t matter because your frame lets you act on your insecurities (I.e. saying or doing self deprecating things) without people noticing. Pretty shit message.

[–]reddishworm 12 points13 points  (6 children)

this whole post seemed to portray to hide your insecurities by maintaining your frame

Wrong. /u/AlQWEffos239 is right. Own your shit.

Law 48: Assume Formlessness. Doesn't matter what the fuck you say. All that matters is HOW you say (= frame) it.

The higher your SMV, the less you need to CONSCIOUSLY maintain frame.

Mastery of diffusing shit tests works like piss slicing through snow. Effortless.

[–]hemlock35 -10 points-9 points  (4 children)

I’m not saying they aren’t owning their shit, I actually think that’s one of the good things about the red pill. However, the idea that your frame is more important than being vulnerable to your closest friends rather than seeing them a social pawns shows insecurity in of itself.

[–]reddishworm 6 points7 points  (3 children)

You can either hide your weakness or wear it as armor. Whatever you choose manifests as your frame.

Neither excludes having a male confidant with whom you can share your secrets/insecurities/whatever.

    Dangerously close to moralizing.

    [–]ChadTheWaiter100 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are you a woman? Gtfo here

    [–]1AuspexAO 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Frame is not about hiding or acting. Frame is an actual reprogramming of your social being. I love self-deprecating humor in my job environment because people know I know my shit and I use it to relieve tension when they fuck up. I want them to chill out and get back to work instead of killing themselves over a mistake. I'll say something like, "I do dumb shit like that all the time" and slap them on the back. Do I do dumb shit all the time? No. Do they think I do? No. They see it for what it is: I am in charge and am giving them permission to be fallible. They respect me because I'm not incompetent and I'm not some power craving BP who can't deal with being the boss.

When I tell a girl some goofy poetic compliment, she laughs and knows I'm full of shit because I'm obviously just saying flowery things to get in her pants. Because of my established frame, however, she knows I'm not doing this out of desperation, I'm doing it to give her a thrill.

You see. It's not frame that hides insecurities. It's frame that allows you to exhibit BP or submissive behavior with the understanding that it is out of situational control and not social failure. "Only strong people can show mercy." Are you familiar with this axiom? It means that if you are weak, kindness is merely a result of being powerless and needing to roll over to avoid being hurt. If you are truly strong, being kind or meek is a privilege of that strength.

    [–]ManSoldWorld 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Something you said above there reminded me of a quote said by John Gotti. This goes back to what you said about how people think being nice is enough to get hot girls and good things.

"Because a guy's nice to you, you might say that makes him a good guy. That makes him a motherfucker to me. It don't make him a good guy."

Granted, he was a slimy piece of shit, but that quote does have some truth to it. At the end of the day, you can be the nicest person in the universe, but it does not mean that you'll automatically be granted good company and fortune. In the end, what it comes down to is what you put in, and what people see out of you.

    [–]Constatine7 15 points16 points  (1 child)

I think its important to clarify that frame is not a facade you put on but rather a genuine reflection of your reality, physiology, and experience. Yes you can fake being confident, you can fake an attitude, but such things are exhausting and easy to see through. You should not treat your frame as a cheap tactic used to pick up girls. Rather you should build yourself up as a person and your frame will naturally benefit.

    [–]TrolsMan 42 points43 points  (11 children)

"When you have this type of frame (which can only be achieved by working on yourself and searching/living towards your highest purpose in life), it doesn't matter what the fuck you say."

Yes, it does matter what the fuck you say.

    What is this stupid phrase.

You don't gain respect, you don't own it, you aren't sucessfull by being an idiot.

You can say what you want because you have developed yourself.

You read. You listen. You think. Then when your mouth opens to actually say something: 80% of the times you are correct and the other 20% you just explain your point of view so well people actually get it how you are wrong and understand it.

I've been told many times. And i'm not even the most alpha or red pill guy.

I'm eloquent. When i say something and explain it, people actually agree or change their minds. And this happens because i actually know what i'm talking about. AND I UNDERSTAND THE OTHER POINT OF VIEW.

Sometimes just to test the person opinion, i take the other side on the discussion. Even if i agree with the person i'm discussing.

    *edit

you can be impulsive on the comments. But those comments regardless on being impulsive come from someone who have read. Who has thought about it before.

    [–]Immune2DNP[S] 15 points16 points  (0 children)

You just exemplified my point-it doesn't matter what the fuck you say. Like you, at times I'll have an opinion in mind and say the complete opposite with conviction and people will believe me. When you have a strong frame, you bend other people's frame. They will literally step into your reality, because you sound like you know what the fuck you're talking about. It's how you say it. Please don't go full autist and take this as "oh so if I say I eat turds everyday others will agree right ha ha". Use some common sense obviously, but realize your tone, demeanor, confidence, and surety in yourself matter above all.

    [–]Omnibrad 22 points23 points  (6 children)

Sometimes just to test the person opinion, i take the other side on the discussion. Even if i agree with the person i'm discussing.

So basically it doesn’t matter what the fuck you say.

    [–]TrolsMan 3 points4 points  (5 children)

Have you ever had any discussion? There are people that are against your opinion that can actually make arguments. And then there are those who don't.

    [–]Omnibrad 4 points5 points  (4 children)

And then there are those who miss the forest for the trees.

See, the reason you think words matter is precisely because you don’t have the type of frame OP was describing.

(which can only be achieved by working on yourself and searching/living towards your highest purpose in life)

Notice how you achieve this frame not by words, but by action.

    [–]TrolsMan 1 point2 points  (3 children)

    Yet i'm attacking the point:

"it doesn't matter what the fuck you say.""

    [–]1AuspexAO 6 points7 points  (2 children)

I think you are mistaking a social argument for a logical one. It's not the same thing. The goal of a logical argument is to prove the veracity of your statement. The purpose of a social argument is to establish dominance in a social setting.

The difference is between a scientific consortium and a political debate. If I wanted to prove how one medical treatment is better than another in a specific circumstance, I would value a rational discussion with eloquent and well-explained talking points. If you were my running mate and tried using that bullshit on a crowd I'd fire you on day one. Influencing people and being persuasive is not about what you say.

For instance, let's say a salesman wants to sell a car. Sure, he can explain all the features of the vehicle and the car's statistical advantage. He will most likely sell to a few people. However, if he was wise he'd sell the benefits of the car to you personally based on your wants and desires. If he can determine that you want to pick up girls then who the fuck cares about the gas mileage? If he determines that you are a nationalist, he'll sell you on the sturdy and rugged American engineering. He'll bring a tear to your eye telling you about how you'll be showing your son the kind of truck a REAL MAN drives.

    1. What do you want?
    2. Can I give you that without diminishing myself?
    3. If not can I create a mutual advantage that favors me?

If I argue with those principles and you argue with eloquent, well-chosen points, I will win every time.

    [–]TrolsMan 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Yet, it does matter what the fuck he says.

It was the solo point i was trying to make.

    [–]1AuspexAO 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ha ha, well...sure. Yeah, you can't just walk up to someone in an attempt to persuade them and say "Wizzle wuzzle" or some other nonsense like that. But my point is that you can say anything as long as that thing aligns with the reality you wish to create. It doesn't matter if I say global warming is man made or just a natural form of the planet. If I say it like an annoying, pushy dork then people will get upset with me. If I make either argument with charm and confidence I can at the very least force some kind of concession or compromise in my favor.

I should have said: "In a social setting, truth is about pushing your opinion on others without making yourself disliked in the process." Reality is in your frame.

    [–]AlQWEffos239 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a great point man, this remind me of the weird debate me and my brother were talking. If anyone is interested it was a about Pervy kids dream jobs should be gynaecology.

    [–]reddishworm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been told many times. And i'm not even the most alpha or red pill guy. I'm eloquent. When i say something and explain it, people actually agree or change their minds.

You are drawing others into your frame (= reality), Mr. Eloquent™. You also do this by re-framing.

Yes, it does matter what the fuck you say.

Regarding lèse-majesté, yes. Unimportant people, no.

    [–][deleted] 9 points10 points  (2 children)

I’m very new to applying RP to real life, but from my latest holiday experience, frame is very difficult to repair once it’s broken. I was taken aback by how well cold approaches went for me, got numbers, but when it came to chatting with a girl I’ve known since before RP, frame was noodle-esque. Years of being passive made it hard af to get anything going.

    [–]MrThrowFarFarAway 10 points11 points  (1 child)

Your frame being shattered and coming together repeatedly will make you stronger. Dont fear failure, embrace it.

    [–][deleted] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

True, I’ve grown more in a day of getting the shit kicked out of me by life, than in 6 months of sitting on my ass studying what it means to be a man. Study is good, but there’s nothing quite like experience in these things.

    [–]Frandaero 9 points10 points  (1 child)

massive cognitive dissonance if he tries to come off as a cool, high value guy, because deep down he knows he's done nothing to reach that level in real life (only level 100 in WoW).

lol. I faked it til I make it and any neckbeard with some will can. Received confidence and invested it into further confidence which gave me a lot. You just need to convince yourself for some weeks and your dumbass human brain will eventually believe it.

    [–]Rhynocobear 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thats exactly his point. Your last sentence is basically what you are quoting

    [–]SaladThunder 9 points10 points  (1 child)

It's all about doing the back end work. I can't go out and socialize unless I know I've killed it in the weight room/work place.

    [–]Dextorian 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Nailed it dude, Frame is so important I cannot stress this enough to anyone! Classic example, I work in a very high corporate company that demands a lot of me but I do so on my own terms! I’m not afraid to tell people exactly how it is or exactly how I feel about said situations one of my colleagues has threw multiple shit tests my way which I just agree and amplify it never bothers me! People respect me in the office and I’m far from peak of the ladder in my profession! Nail your frame and it makes the rest easy!

    [–]QueuePLS 4 points5 points  (1 child)

That cognitive dissonance was spot fucking on dude. That is what I've been experiencing a lot while trying to change myself. Glad you talked about it, and finally put words on the feeling which can be frightening at times

    [–]Immune2DNP[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hey man-I know this well, because I experienced it too. What I said in one of my other posts was to just keep working on yourself. You'll reach a point where you are objectively further than how you see yourself (your mind and thoughts will be holding you back instead of propelling you forward); it will feel like "imposter syndrome", because for most of your life, you felt like a loser or unworthy. However, if you keep up with the improvement and living to your highest truths/mission, your mindset will catch up and you'll see how life on the other side is. You will work tirelessly to get to where you want to be, and by the time you realize how long you've been working towards it, you're already there.

    [–]imheregonow004 7 points8 points  (3 children)

What is frame in the basic terms? See it a lot in here. I always thought it's about not giving anything away regarding facial and body expressions. Or am I wrong?

    [–]MostSolidFrame 9 points10 points  (1 child)

It's the subtext of an interaction, which can be unconsciously or consciously asserted, and will tend to be accepted by a group in a manner consistent with the beliefs of its most dominant member. For example, when a girl says "we're not having sex tonight, you know" and the alpha male responds with a smirk and says "hmmm, interesting" before changing the subject and putting his hand on her ass. The explicitly spoken conversation says one thing while his frame says another. His frame says "we are totally having sex tonight", and that's what matters more in the interaction.

    [–]3nebder 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You are wrong. That’s holding a stoic expression at best.

Rollo has a great explanation https://therationalmale.com/2011/10/12/frame/

    [–]nonlinearsquirrel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the explanation. Before, I had seen my frame always as something through which I view the world and others. Now I see the other aspect of my frame: It is also something that keeps me centered, like the frame of a painting. I need to have a strong frame, not just to strengthen my view, but to hold me in place.

    [–]MrThrowFarFarAway 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Deja vu bro, i was just thinking about frame today and how it basically represent a bubble that is your reality. You're good friends? Other men that share a similar perspective on reality y'all can come together in a similar reality. That chicks thats fucking you buck wild? A female who is completely sold on your perspective of reality and wants to (temporarily) live in it. Your competitor at a bar who has made an act of aggression towards you? Another male whiling to put his reality at steak to prove that his is the correct one, he's willing to put his opinion that he's THE SHIT against your own opinion that you're THE SHIT, with the situation ending with someones reality being skewed. Frame is everything. Good post m8.

    [–]2soccerbum312 5 points6 points  (1 child)

The line of thinking that just because your SMV may be high doesn't mean you slack on your frame.

    [–]LiftBodyUpThenDown 4 points5 points  (0 children)

He's not encouraging anyone to slack on frame. He's making an objective analysis on the correlation between the importance of frame and your SMV.

    [–]Scandinavianredpill 2 points3 points  (4 children)

so fake instead of becoming. Instead of studying what makes greatness, lets imitate it instead. Wouldn't surprise me if this is well received.

    [–]MostSolidFrame 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A solid frame cannot be faked. This is why women shit test males they are tentatively interested in.

    [–]IndividualSplit 0 points1 point  (2 children)

it's impossible to "become" chad friend

    [–]agree-with-you 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I agree, this does not seem possible.

    [–]Scandinavianredpill 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I became chad, I know it's possible. Of course if you got very bad genetics it's not gonna happen. You have to be able to look very good on top of the other things related to SMV.

    [–]merkucjo 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Great post, for how long did you play WoW?

    [–]Immune2DNP[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Never lol, it's the stereotypical nerd game that came to mind.

    [–]Frenetic_Zetetic 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The irony is, I learned a good 85% of TRP just working in sales long enough. The rest can be sussed out with a little self-awareness, practice, and experience. Great post.

    [–]CannabisCumshot69 5 points6 points  (0 children)

    (only level 100 in WoW)

Level cap's actually 110 now, go figure.

    [–]SteelPenguin87 3 points4 points  (3 children)

I need to strengthen my frame.

This is exactly why Donald Trump won in 2016. His frame is perfect. PERFECT.

      [–]redisthetruth 2 points3 points  (4 children)

      Frame = Centeredness

It's that feeling that your perception of the world, your actions in the world, your words are all the most perfect and righteous and correct things the universe has ever seen. Then, you can literally say the dumbest things and people will be in awe. Look at someone in the White House now -- some of the things that comes out of his mouth are completely nonsensical, yet a not insignificant portion of the US hangs on his every word as if the words are coming out of God's mouth. That's frame in action. He's pulling them into his reality. Of course, it's cracking a bit now, and we can also see what happens when frame cracks.

      [–]1scissor_me_timbers00 -2 points-1 points  (3 children)

Actually I would use Trump as an example of the failure of frame when it gets too out of sync with reality. “Cracking a bit now”? Dude I enjoy watching trump shit all over the leftist sacred cows as much as the next guy, but he’s a disaster overall.

      [–]redisthetruth 0 points1 point  (2 children)

O, trump is definitely a disaster. People outside the US think America is absolutely nuts to have elected him. But I'd say Trump's frame is strong enough (OR his supporter's frames are weak enough) to make it a good example of how people can be duped by a seemingly strong frame. I mean, he just says random illogical, unnuanced stuff, but he says it with such conviction that some people believe it wholeheartedly. Some crazies think he's the best president ever and they "pray for him" because he's willing to "say it how it is."

      [–]1scissor_me_timbers00 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah that’s fair. It also shows how his shitting on the media leftist frame wins people over. He basically won the presidency based on a frame game with all the other politicians and the media.

      [–]JeremyHall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Who cares what the rest of the world thinks? He's our fucking President and they can sick a fat one.

      [–]acekilo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not because you lift and look big means you're an ALPHA lot of folks got this confused. I've seen guys that lift daily and their wives are fucking Tom, Dick and Harry behind their backs especially in the Army. Pookie and Ray Ray from the hood keep fucking them girls because they could careless about anything she says or do. He just stick to his PURPOSE and they fall in line or they fall out of it. The less available you are to them the more they come. None of them are special and that's how you have to look at them whether their a 10 or not. Never look at them as being SPECIAL!!! They all get fucked by someone in a dirty hotel or another person's Monte Carlo. That's the nature of the beast with women.

      [–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing, frame is very important. You will instantly set yourself a level higher than everyone in the group by holding frame. Girls pussies will tingle and they will instantly be more attracted to you. And it doesnt matter when or where or what the frame is, just hold that frame together. Works wonders.

      [–]3finga 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Is there an initial post on how to build a strong frame? I understand that it needs to be maintained and can’t crumble under pressure. I haven’t seen a clear explanation of how to build it, if there even is one out there.

      [–]Greek-God-Brody 5 points6 points  (1 child)

Frame is built as you go up on your self-improvement journey. Lifting and looking good will build up your frame. Learning Game, practicing cold approach will build you frame, getting reference experiences under your belt, learning a skill will build you frame.

Watching your normie ex-friends and how far you've come from when you were at their level, will build you frame. Leading other men and people will build you frame.

Some guys can fake a strong frame, others can only hold a strong frame once their life is in order, & they've improved their SMV. In this context, entitlement IS frame.

RSD-Tyler used to say: 'What you think you're entitled to, is pretty much what you're gonna get."

Entitlement is a solid way to think about it. I guess that comes through repetition and eventually engraining the belief that you deserve what you are after. Thanks

Nice write up. I agree 100%. I did a full break down of how critical Frame is as well: https://alphajedi.com/2017/01/29/your-frame-is-your-life/

Hey, I enjoy playing WoW. Kicking back a couple hours with college buddies and slaying monsters for loot. Already worked 10 hours, practiced guitar for an hour, lifted and it’s only 8pm. I can get pussy whenever I text, but bro time is priceless

What if I told you that in reality Chaddad doesn’t exist? What if I told you that Chaddad is actually much younger that a lot of the alphas he’s encountered. What if told you that this unusual true lone wolf. Has read and applied all of the knowledge all the alphas gave and played them in their own game. Chaddad doesn’t have time for alphas he plays by his own rules, maybe he was out fucking chad’s mom, sisters, daughters or any other plate he wants, maybe he has mastered and perfected everything he’s learned and now he’s just looking for revenge.

See the light for what it is, is it real? Or was it placed in order to test something?

Cool but what is 'frame' to you?

Quit wasting everyone's time (especially your own) by posting this autistic shit. It's not humorous, and at this point revealing what you know about the World of Warcraft only serves to reveal to everyone here how little you know about the real world.
