That was good, real good. I especially liked the dynamic of the Puerarchy 1.0 and the Patriarchy 2.0 working together. RP wives can see the decadent lifestyle their husband could easily have via his Puerarch friends if she forgets her place, and any Puerarch man who may want to crank out a few crotch goblins can do so by emulating a proper RP marriage framework, although I still advise against it.

The simple fact is that a man works because that’s what he needs to do to support his family.

I don't understand this part. Why, does the single man gets the bills paid by fairies? I personally never saw a middle road - moderate amount of work, lots of free time - between being a careerist and being homeless. Maybe this depends on where you live, but I have seen even dedicated careerists struggling to get by.

Year by year I am seeing more social stratification, there are a few who make it and more and more who just struggle to survive because they are competing with machines or workers in low wage places.

There are some who can make a living off blogging or small online businesses but this is not really a strategy for (hundreds of) millions of people.

OK I don't live in America, you see many Steve Pavlina type people in America who can make a living off small online businesses. But on the other Reddit is chock full of young Americans complaining that even with a college degree they only have fast food jobs. The point is, they will break out from that if they are worth anything, but once they broken out from that they will be hard working careerists out of fear of falling back.

I cannot see a middle ground: I am either employeed in the careerist, traditional sense or basically unemployable. Who the hell needs a 20 hour part time accountant in the long run? But everybody needs an ERP consultant who knows software, accounting, reporting and manages them all into one functional system. But that is 50 hours a week.

So ultimately it is not just families that make men work hard and have little free time but the economic realities.

[–]chiffonade- 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

part time accountant in the long run?

a lot of people do. the problem is, you can't support yourself on one of those people, especially if they stop calling you after 3 or 4 months. you need to build an accounting business and figure out how to get customers.

but that takes work and risk before getting paid, which nobody wants to do these days because it's haaaaaaaard

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

But then you are back working 50 hours a week, which is fine but this is not really what this article advocates.

Nice read overall. Easy flowing and sensible.

Found some typo's, you guys need a proofreader. :)

By pumping and dumping every woman you can during your Puerarchy you help detect and reveal character issues and other traits of a future ex-wife long before you are inexorably entwined in her DNA.

The worse the behavior of the Puerarchy, the quicker and clearer the reveal.

I wrote this in a comment a little while ago but it bears repeating:

The quickest way to unplug a man is to bang his girlfriend in the most conspicuous manner possible.

The question of, "How do I spread the red pill?" comes up quite often here, but I'm surprised that no one else has proffered the above solutions.

Think about it: how many of us were lead here because of some catastrophic event involving their significant other and some random (or sometimes not so random) dick slinger? How many times have you tried to tell your friends that most women nowadays aren't the paragons of purity and virtue that we've been lead to believe, only to be met with a rolling of the eyes and a, "Whatever, dude."

"Experience keeps a dear school, yet fools learn in no other." - Benjamin Franklin

Unfortunately, a lot of us are fucking idiots and will only learn our lessons through a harsh encounter with reality. By pumping and dumping that tart in the club who's flirting with you while her boyfriend is at the bar, preferably in full view of said boyfriend, you are providing that experience. And the more of us that are around and employing this no-holds-barred approach, the more chances we idiots have to repeat lessons that we fail to heed.

By sticking to your "I don't go after girls with boyfriends" code, you are effectively denying some poor sap a peek at the machinations behind his girlfriend's good-girl curtain and setting him up for an even harder fall in the future. You sacrificed the well-being of your brother just so that you could prance about on your high horse.

"I don't go after girls with boyfriends"

I respect their relationships as much as they do. Tell me to fuck off and I'll go. Start flirting and I'll assume you are interested and I will act accordingly.

Thank you. This was a good break from rationalisation in my normal life.

Damn I love words without even the slightest hint of bullshit.

This is quite well done. In general, the manosphere continues to be impressive with the content it produces.

Great Take on this Red Pill Renaissance ..Go West Young Man used to be a challenge a couple hundreds years ago in America, where young men who wanted that challenge went their on a horse or train then a horse found a open remote place and tried to build his own homestead or ranch (empire) and if he survived a couple years he would return and bring a woman to this he had built. Then the West got populated and tamed . Real men always have to go their own way.

Anyone care to explain why the article outlining the nature/theory of the puerarchy has been included in the Required Reading list? It absolutely should be

Oh FFS we're all on the same side here, man no need to tear down those you don't agree with. This is what the other side wants RedPillers fighting amongst ourselves, turn this & the related subs into a giant circular firing squad.

Differing opinions, Constructive criticism & offering accountability of you RP brethren is one thing, one thing that is very necessary. We should embrace intellectual diversity. This however is needless whining and bitching that serves no beneficial purpose

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Totally agreed. I agree with concept of guys doing what they want and not being tied down in a relationship that doesn't serve him. But I like to spend my time doing much more respectable things. Also, how are you going to get laid if you eat delivery pizza all the time and skip the gym?

[–]Endorsed ContributorrebuildingMyself 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

My idea wouldn't be the pizza/porn method. It would be proper diet and exercise to push my body as far up as it can go for it's own sake. I'd travel the world, I'd pick up cool hobbies, I'd bang a girl from every country in the world if I could, etc.

But the point of it is that it's your life and you shouldn't let anyone tell you what to do. Society has been doing that to men since the beginning, but only recently have they taken any incentive away for doing so.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

How is a life fulfilling if it's only this:

"That includes porn. That includes easy chicks and internet prostitution and anonymous Craigslist hookups. That includes pizza delivery, 24 hour gyms, Sportscenter, auto shows, gun shows, and Civil War re-enactment"

You're being too literal. The point is to do whatever you want without worrying about the attachments of a woman and family. If you want to sit around make tools, go ahead. You want to be spiritual and philosophize, no one will stop you.

[–]Endorsed ContributorrebuildingMyself 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

It's answering feminism's shit-test with "Agree and Amplify". They don't like their traditional gender roles? Go-grrl! But why should I stick to mine as well?

I agree that society will only advance when men choose to sacrifice for the greater good (work hours, etc), but they used to be rewarded with a stable family to go home to at night. Now it's "pay child/mommy support and keep working at your potential or go to jail." In other words, we're slaves if (when) we get divorced. So why bother?

[–]chiffonade- 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

How is a life fulfilling if it's only this:

i do all that stuff and also own a successful business and have finished college.

in fact all that stuff is fucking awesome. notice how it says "includes" and not "exclusively"

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (6 children) | Copy Link

Men are by nature creators, tool makers, maximalistic and spiritual.

Serious question:

What does 'spiritual' mean?

I associate the word with people who are owned by emotion rather than logic.

[–]Senior Contributorwhiskey_bearfist 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

i am a person who is anti religion. a lot of people in my social circles are atheist, or non-religious, but have interest in pagan culture, "spirituality", or full on hippy weirdness.

its something I have discussed with them often. there isn't really a consensus, but I would paraphrase most of their thoughts as a permutation of "connectedness to nature, others, and/or oneself."

obviously, that is nowhere near a definitive description of a complex and vague term like spirituality.

for myself, I use the word spirituality when I feel the presence of awe. like if i were to be hiking through a forest and come cross a huge waterfall, or the feeling of climbing a mountain and looking out across the landscape, or meditating and having a breakthrough on some concept which had been evading me.

spirituality is essentially rooted in emotional experiences. it doesn't really have a cogent definition that all agree with. BUT that is one of its strongest points in a TRP sense.

I have never met a girl who didn't have something to say about spirituality. its very emotional, and can build rapport VERY rapidly. I have seen some guys on this sub talking about using spirituality, eastern influenced philosophy, or some other occult/religious/new age topic as a conversation thread and i have to agree that it can get a girl in an emotional state hyperquickly if she is particularly invested in those ideas. conversely, if she strongly opposes those ideas as a more typically religious person, assuming you can keep a fun and apparently non-judgmental state, you can get her on that same emotional level and build massive sexual tension.

tl:dr - spirituality can mean a lot of things, or nothing, but it has broad and powerful usage within the scope of game. its very emotionally founded and can get girls/people into a passionate state quickly.

Spiritual

Of, relating to, or affecting the human spirit or soul as opposed to material or physical things.

When we talk about "the human spirit" we are making inferences or assertions about the common qualities, or best qualities, of human behaviour and psychology. When we talk about the soul, we are addressing issues of identity, the sense of self.

Spiritual doesn't mean emotional or illogical. Spiritual questions can illicit strong emotions, and are often intuitive exercises in pattern recognition rather than logical deduction. Questions like:

Who am I? What is my purpose? What does it mean to be a man?

are all, in this sense, spiritual questions. People will feel strongly about them and attempt to answer them intuitively, however that does not preclude a logical response.

When most people discus their spirituality, they are discussing some sort of belief system which provides them with a frame work for answering such questions. It should be noted that most of these belief systems are superstitious in nature.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (3 children) | Copy Link

Who am I? What is my purpose? What does it mean to be a man?

That is a good answer to my question. It fits with my perception of what other people call spirituality.

Unfortunately, all of these are questions that can not be answered without embracing some form of bullshit or another.

When most people discus their spirituality, they are discussing some sort of belief system which provides them with a frame work for answering such questions. It should be noted that most of these belief systems are superstitious in nature.

I find embracing bullshit to be profoundly unsatisfying - If all the answers require playing mind games on yourself, well, I'm going with "This question is not worth answering."

[–]TehGinjaNinja 0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy Link

that can not be answered without embracing some form of bullshit or another

Well, they can't be answered objectively, but that doesn't make efforts to answer them "bullshit". These questions, like most "spiritual" questions, are about the search for "meaning". That makes any answer to them subjective.

However, subjective phenomena can be useful. If a subjective definition of manhood, motivates an individual to produce objectively positive results in his life, would you still consider that definition "bullshit"?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

As you point out, my way of thinking may be... unproductive. It may be that I will live a better life if I change my values. (and while it takes a great deal of work, really, and shame, I /will/ change my values, if it's clear that how I'm currently thinking doesn't work. But that... is not done lightly.)

However, productive or not, this idea that I would rather see the truth than tell myself pretty lies is central to what I think it is to be a man. If you have to pretend for other people, that's one thing (an unpleasant thing, in my opinion, but sometimes required) but telling yourself pretty lies? well, productive or not, that goes against everything I think being 'a man' is.

[–]TehGinjaNinja 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Keep in mind, I was talking about subjective beliefs, not objectively wrong beliefs.

I completely agree that you shouldn't believe in a "pretty lie" which is objectively wrong just because it makes you feel good to do so. Maintaining a belief in that which is provably false is dangerous, as it often leads to mistakes which can harm your long term well being.

this idea that I would rather see the truth than tell myself pretty lies is central to what I think it is to be a man.

This is a great example of what I was talking about.

Your belief, that confronting harsh truths is part of what it means "to be a man", is a subjective one. However, it should motivate you to seek the truth is most situations.

Seeking the truth, even when it is unpleasant, is a pattern of behavior which provides objective benefits. You are better equipped to deal with reality and overcome obstacles to your goals, than someone who is in denial.

Is your belief "bullshit" simply because it's a subjective assessment? I would say no; in fact I'd argue that your position, opposition to "pretty lies", is emphatically an anti-bullshit position.

You can't objectively prove that your assessment of what it means to be a man is the "right" one, because there is no one right answer to a question of meaning. However, you can demonstrate objective benefits from living by the belief you espouse and objective penalties to failing to live by such a belief.
