Loads to learn from a proper judge on how to protect yourself in this video.

  1. He smells she is up to something.
  2. She comes to his house drunk and tries to fake jumping from the balcony - he brings her to a place with cameras, and kicks her out.
  3. They're on a car, she starts to hit herself - he immediately starts recording.
  4. She throws herself out of the car - she immediately accuses him of throwing her - she doesn't know he recorded. He is extremely glad he recorded it.

He records every suspicious situation.

THIS has saved his life and his career. This is so f*cking amazing, how a judge has handled this situation and saved his life.

Great, great insight. http://youtu.be/op4scME3Ym4

That has been my experience as well.

When I knew I was going to divorce my ex, I had a feeling she might do something crazy. I called parents over (they lived few mins away) and dropped the bomb on her just before they showed up. So my parents got to see her in psycho-mode, trying to attack me (hurt herself more than she hurt me) and telling the police I was holding her hostage. The police were two guys, one was definitely white knighting and the other seemed to be onto her shit. My parents and I sat there calm and cool and explained to the police what happened while she continued to throw shit around the house. I even told the police she can stay here for the night and I'd stay at parents house to give her time to pack her shit.

The white knight cop was saying shit like "You seem pretty calm for what just happened. You got a pretty good act going on here." His partner pointed out how my knuckles were perfectly fine while hers were all red, swollen, and scraped up from trying to hit me (this just in: girls suck at punching unless their name is Ronda Rousey). It helped that my parents were there and told them I've was raised to never lay a hand on a girl.

Thank god for smartphones; I wish they were around for this incident. If I found myself on the dating scene again, I'd start recording every time I heard that "I'am about to go crazy on you" tone.

Yeah, I don't think I could contribute to that kind of bullshitery very long; I'd be looking for a more honest job pretty quick.

I get why they started making things easier for the woman to come forward when real abuse is present, and that's fine. But, as you've undoubtedly seen, there's way to many of these stories where it's clear the woman is lying and they need to be held accountable for it.

Also, have you seen Ronda's last two fights ;) Yes, she is the arm-collector, but her striking game is improving.

Last summer my mother and I got into an argument. She called me worthless, an inbred, a child all in the fact that I wouldn't carry cement rocks for her for free. I stood two feet away from her, facing her, and told her that I would not stand for that and expected an apology.

She started screaming at me to "get out of her face" and started shaking like I was going to hit her. She grand my hair (long hair) starts yanking me around, sometimes stopping to throw some things in a fit, and is threatening to call the police because I wouldn't get out of her face.

When in such a situation, you can't do any thing as a man. We both explained our sides of the story and her boyfriend confirmed it, her story matched mine. Yet the cop looked at me, asked me if it was right to scare someone so frail and defenseless. No charges of any sort, but I was told that if it happened again, I would be in trouble. I don't trust cops when it comes to women anymore.

[–]reverendz 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I wish I'd had the presence of mind to record my ex when she was on a rampage like this. I had to leave my own house for 3 weeks because she threatened to hit herself in the face with a frying pan and tell the cops I did it. I was out of there. If that kind of crap ever happens with a woman in the future, I'll be taping it.

[–]Darkone06 44 points45 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

The story was manipulated from the start just because she was a pretty white female.

It's scary how from the start the system was against him just for being a guy.

[–]casmuff 5 points6 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Literally second class citizens.

There's one legal system for men, and an entirely different, almost inexistent one for women.

[–]nomeme 90 points91 points  (29 children) | Copy Link

Gag order against him, and they don't seem to know if the video evidence was even seen by the jury. Imagine if he wasn't a JUDGE, how fucked would he be lol.

The bit where she throws her self out of a moving car and says "why did you throw me out!" is interesting because he could have easily been white knight attacked. Pretty blonde thrown out of car? GET HIM.

There's a follow up video linked https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ei_PJjUOOYE , they still want to crucify him because he said mean words to her. They actually say she is an abuse victim.

[–]awesomesalsa 64 points65 points  (9 children) | Copy Link

Unbelievable. So calling a white trash trailer park whore a white trash trailer park whore justifies having her fake injuries to get you thrown in jail and get your career ruined? Fuck this country.

[–][deleted] 17 points18 points  (6 children) | Copy Link

Is verbal abuse even a crime?

[–]awesomesalsa 17 points18 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

you'd think it was based on this disgusting piece of yellow journalism

[–]MartialWay 5 points6 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

It's actually a Constitutionally guaranteed right.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy Link

Haha. But there's the exception for hate speech, wouldn't be in this case though

[–]Hydris 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

Hate speech would be saying ALL women are worthless, and should be "dealt with." Calling one woman a cunt because she is being a cunt isn't

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

"Hate crimes" are easily the most messed up sections of laws that exist in the US legal system. As much as I hate divorce laws I can at least understand why they exist and what they hope to accomplish. "Hate crime" laws seems to only exist as an added penalty on someone that had already committed a crime. They serve no purpose other then sending someone to jail for longer. Long explanation short, calling a woman a cunt could be considered a "hate crime."

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Funny you ask. My ex is a volunteer fire chief, she doesn't have the qualification or experience required because its a small dept. Its even smaller than before because six of the competent, capable, and qualified people quit when she let her new boyfriend on her dept. He is well known as a screwup that is not only unqualified and inexperienced, he is incompetent to the point of being a detriment to human life in the job.

Well her dads best friend owns a house that he rents. One of my ex's crazy single mom friends lived there, spent most of her money on weed and whatnot. A chimney fire started last winter, and did about $40k in damage. My ex screwed the pooch, they had no plan, and her incompetence showed through. The owner remarked about her lack of qualification and experience, she called the state police and cried harassment. They came out and told him he can't talk to or about her anymore. It was a township meeting where he brought it up, and its a legitimate concern. One remark criticising the helpless little 32 year old and questioning her qualification resulted in a restraining order.

Last I checked, criticism of public officials was legal in our country, but apparently not when its a female in that position.

[–]1100110011001 6 points7 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

But beating the shit out of yourself, throwing yourself out of a moving car and lying to the law about a guy doing it to her is most definitely not. I don't think I'll ever date again.

[–]1cover20 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Single mom increases the risk vastly. Stay away from that (women who do anything to manipulate a man, while despising him as a beta) and you're much safer.

[–]Endorsed Contributorzyk0s 31 points32 points  (12 children) | Copy Link

Imagine if he wasn't a JUDGE, how fucked would he be lol.

Yet when asked if he would still appear on TV were he not a judge, he replied "If I wasn't an elected official, this would have been dismissed a long time ago". I know he is focusing on his political career, but that statement made me lose some sympathy for him. It would have been a great opportunity for him to recognize how easy it is for someone to accuse a person of domestic violence, how important due process is and how as a judge, he'll be more sensitive to the issue. Instead, it sounds like he thinks he was set up by the cops for political reasons.

[–]cray-cray-cray 10 points11 points  (4 children) | Copy Link

It would have been a great opportunity for him to recognize how easy it is for someone to accuse a person of domestic violence, how important due process is and how as a judge, he'll be more sensitive to the issue.

He's a judge. Do you know how narcissistic those people are? Believe me... he really thinks this was all about him. He'll go back to fucking people over just like he did before. No way will his opinion change about anything, because he'd have to admit that he was wrong in the past. They base their entire lives on "precedent," no matter how fucked up it was.

[–]jolly--roger 5 points6 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Do you know how narcissistic those people are?

Second that. I know some - only dark triads come close in terms of their narcissism.

[–]cray-cray-cray 6 points7 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Judges are WORLD CLASS FUCKING HAMSTERS. They don't just backward rationalize their own stupid decisions... they backward rationalize decisions from anyone they perceive to be in their own general class of people.

I'm not a lawyer or a judge... but I've had the unfortunate circumstance to navigate the nonsense world they live in, and win big a time or two, and lose big a time or two.

If 'backward rationalization' = 'hamster,' judges are living 300 pound prehistoric hamsters that no one can touch. They're amazing beings, and can hold "frame" like no one here has ever dreamt of. Same as political figures who openly lie about the most ridiculous shit, and their willingness to "defend what they believe in" somehow makes santa clause seem more real.

[–]100Timeswww 2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

There's a lot of good judges out there. One of them turned my sister's life around believe it or not.

[–]cray-cray-cray 4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I believe it. Now tell me how that good judge makes up for the bad ones.

Or tell me why we should accept crappy judges because some of them are good.

[–][deleted] 16 points17 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Well he may have been. It's easy for you to say you would be a martyr from your stand point but this man just went through turmoil. He deserves to be a little selfish and play his own political games to repair his career.

[–]theshadowofintent 8 points9 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

I have a family member who's a judge. The elections are supposedly non partisan, but it's brutal. There's always someone waiting to put a knife in, even when you're doing a great job.

[–]1cover20 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Probably, especially when you're doing a great job. Delivering impartial justice will end up stepping on the wrong toes pretty fast.

[–]Endorsed Contributorzyk0s 2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

I wouldn't doubt it, and the political statement from his opponent dispelled any remaining illusion I may have had. Politics are dirty, people know it, don't play the game if you can't take the heat.

[–]awesomesalsa 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

What did his opponent say?

[–]Orflarg 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Unfortunately you don't understand the corruption that is here in north texas. I have experienced it first hand and can say, while of course this wasn't set up for political reason, it got big only because he was a judge. Juries are much more likely to convict a judges or other political figures without even listening to the evidence, and cops and district attorneys are much more likely to pursue BLATANT BULLSHIT CASES against political figures.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

If he wanted to be censured he could say that, but I bet he wanted to avoid stepping on political toes.

[–]1cover20 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

She was cold and emotionless. Single mom cares only about her kid, and maybe her ex if he left her rather than vice versa, not a shit for the beta she's roping into raising the ex's child.

[–]CallMeMrBadGuy 6 points7 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Oh fucking brother...i had to click back when that dumb family counselor bitch started yapping (based on a 10 sec recording) that he cussed her out not because of anger or being sick of her deplorable behaviour but "power and control" gtfo with that nonsense. It was apparently and election year for the judge and this piece was used to give him a negative reputation since the false accusations charge didnt stick.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I think he lost his frame, and let her draw out a reaction. The news says that it started out a normal phone call, which the girlfriend made to tell the judge that she will not be able to go to a vacation 15 mins before the plane takes off. If she knew it would be a normal phone call, why was she recording this?!

She did something absurd (phone and cancel vacation 15 mins b4 flight) and then play innocent as he rages, she obviously expected this reaction.

She wants to accuse this guy of physical and verbal abuse. She had been building up her case and documenting the instigated verbal abuse. Its only the physical abuse that he managed to disprove by video taping her.

I think OP is absolutely right, cameras EVERYWHERE!

[–]1cover20 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

From that video she actually looks quite hot. I couldn't tell from the other video that she has a nice shape.

I can see why the guy sort of fell for her. But it's bound to be bad, raising another man's kid. This woman is off limits, stay away.

They're basically saying he cannot bawl out a woman who does shit like fabricate evidence, he must continue to be nice. No there's another choice. Treat her as if she has leprosy: stay away.

This is why not a single girl knows my real number, ever. I have a Google voice number exclusively for chicks.

All my text and picture messages get saved there and I can block who ever I want at any time or even cancel the account completely without fucking up my phone or plan.

Don't ever give a girl your real number. Especially if your on a contract with your phone provider.

[–]1100110011001 4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

No, it's not too extreme. Maybe after you known them long enough (im talking ltr). So many if these situations happen where there either were no red flags until after it's too late or the guy is too young/unaware to realize it.

I used to use burner phones before they had google voice and none of the girls I've dated knew my real last name. It's saved me once about 12 years ago.

[–]CoachGordonBombayD5 1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Lol ya, that seems a little much. But i guess if he has a thing for crazy, gotta do what ya gotta do.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Getting a Google Voice number is free and it makes it painless to block numbers and send any unknown callers straight to voicemail. Anyone that is dating should have a Google Voice number.

[–]1100110011001 0 points1 point  (4 children) | Copy Link

You can txt images on gvoice? I thought I tried it a long time ago and it didn't work.

[–]Darkone06 1 point2 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

It send it to the gmail account associated with Google voice account.

[–]1100110011001 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Nice. Are you able to send pics too?

Also be aware that some times Google voice fucks up too, but I've only seen it with voice calls. I've called someone and my real number showed up and they asked me what number that was and happened to good friend as well luckily they weren't crazies we were trying to protect ourselves from.

[–]McMurphyCrazy 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

This only works if the person sending you an image is on Sprint afaik. Otherwise you don't get anything. I don't pay for texting and exclusively use GVoice for my phone number and texting needs

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

They changed it a while back.

[–]1sumthin_inappropriat 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]awesomesalsa 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

There are apps that allow you to block texts and calls. You sound irrational and ridiculous.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Come on, it's not about her being a single mom, it's about her being a psycho. If you've never been involved with a cluster B type, you cannot begin to imagine what kind of nightmare it can be, and not all of them are single mothers.

[–]1cover20 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

The coldness over an extended period of time seems like single mom. At any rate, it increases the risk 100x.

[–][deleted] 13 points14 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Chivalry is shit.

Good that he is always recording.

[–]Magnum256 12 points13 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

Part where the girl throws herself out of the car and blames the guy for throwing her out

Jesus christ this is scary. It's getting to the point where men need to start recording every single interaction they have with women just to protect them from this sort of shit. Really smart he did so, otherwise his life would be ruined beyond recovery.

[–]awesomesalsa 7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

lol he should have left her there

[–]vicious_armbar 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

The really fucked up part is that this shit never gets punished. So there's always an incentive to do it again. Especially for women who have gotten away with it.

[–]bytesunfish 16 points17 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

This should get crossposted to /r/pussypass

[–]Azzmo 6 points7 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

We live in a society that loves to talk about fundamental freedoms and liberty but a group is guilty unless they can prove themselves innocent and they're misogynist if they point it out.

And even with all this video evidence he's still guilty in the eyes of some.

[–]Entrefut 4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

We had to go home because she blacked out 4 songs into a Rihanna concert

I'm not even mad. She must have been doing some serious pre-game. It's amazing that they trust her words over a Judge's at the start of this case. Innocent until proven guilty my ass.

[–]lord-denning 4 points5 points  (4 children) | Copy Link

This is what well meaning BP people don't realize - the exact same woman that stands shoulder to shoulder with a white knight and takes full advantage of his provisioning will do the craziest shit with a high value guy that she is trying to lock down. If I didn't experience it myself I would have never believed it was possible.

On to more pragmatic concerns - how was the cell phone camera affixed to the car in order to ensure coverage of the crazy chick? Does anyone have any technical tips on recording devices that can be set up in a residence or car?

[–]vicious_armbar 1 point2 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

You should be more concerned with recording in your residence then in your car. It's more likely shit will go down where you live.

For your car the solution is cheat and easy. Get a GPS navigation holder for your smartphone that attaches to your dash or windshield. It will hold your smartphone and all you have to do is hit the record button with the camera pointed towards you. I believe an example of the results of that system is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=onDtai02XO4

For a home surveillance system you can use these:

http://www.amazon.com/Foscam-FI8910W-Network-Camera-Two-Way/dp/B006ZP8UOW/ref=pd_cp_p_2

I don't think that you'll get a better security cam for the price. It's affordable, has good resolution, has a ton of features, and can be placed about anywhere you have access to wifi & a wall socket. There are plenty of tutorials about setting those cameras up as an indoor surveillance system, so I won't create a giant post here. Although when/if I do get a rig set up I'll probably make a post about it later.

Finally you'll want to check on the legalities of recording someone in your area. You can get free legal advice from a lawyer in your state with out leaving any publicly available identifying information here:

http://www.avvo.com/free-legal-advice

The lawyers on this site answer questions to get good publicity, and in hope of pulling in more clients. The site verifies that they passed the bar and their license is current and valid.

[–]1cover20 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

http://www.amazon.com/Foscam-FI8910W-Network-Camera-Two-Way/dp/B006ZP8UOW/ref=pd_cp_p_2

Isn't that kinda big? I'd want something where they didn't know I was recording.

[–]vicious_armbar 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Nah. I already know a guy who owns those. They're roughly the size of a pear. I have spots to discreetly hide mine. I'll only need two for my purposes. The black one blends in perfectly to a dark corner. Everyone's needs are different though.

If you want something even more discreet these may be a good option:

http://www.amazon.com/SDR35-Functional-Detector-Covert-Pinhole/dp/B002KPTVLW/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1408315282&sr=8-2&keywords=Surveillance+camera+smoke+detector

They don't have night vision though, you'd have to modify the ceiling to install them, and you have to buy a DVR because it's an analog system. Still they look like solid cameras. Good picture, good price, when you affix them to the ceiling you'll have an excellent viewing angle, and they're very well hidden.

[–]Rougepellet 5 points6 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Perfect example of the pussy pass at work. A women would have to assassinate the president and be caught for there to be any consequences. Anything she does that isn't a crime against humanity or deserving of life in prison and she won't get any punishment.

[–]SupaPineapple 4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Eh. The first lady might be able to get away with it. So long as she cries "ABUSIVE!"

[–]Panzer_Geist 4 points5 points  (8 children) | Copy Link

My only question is: why the hell did he let her back into the car after she threw herself out? Why didn't he just let her sit there and drive away? She's clearly a psycho.

[–]Ap_Ercino 6 points7 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

A psycho that could do something else worse to herself and He'd still get the blame even with that video.

[–]Panzer_Geist 4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Nah she's an adult. He had the video that showed her jumping out of the car. After that she's responsible for her own actions. He should have just kept filming and he would have had an alibi for the entire night.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (5 children) | Copy Link

She was blackout drunk and leaving her there would be pretty irresponsible. He could drove down the block and then called the cops to pick her up I suppose.

[–]Panzer_Geist -1 points0 points  (4 children) | Copy Link

Who cares? He's not her father. It's irresponsible to leave a child. It's not irresponsible to ditch an adult who's behaving like a child. In fact, I'd say it's covering your own base - it's the responsible thing to do. Even if you're horny.

[–][deleted] 4 points5 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

The consequences of leaving her on the street at night in a blackout drunk state are predictable. There's a high probability that she'd get robbed or raped.

Personally, I would have called one of her friends to come get her.

That's just me though. Once I drank with a girl on the train and she got ridiculously fucked up. I convinced the police to skip arresting her and delivered her to her boyfriend (boy was he pissed!). I'd do the same for a guy I met on the train.

It's just a certain level of human decency that you help a person that's in a situation that's predictably dangerous, even if it's not remotely your fault.

[–]Panzer_Geist 0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy Link

That applies to decent people. Psycho bitches are better off dead. Natural selection.

[–]vicious_armbar 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

Yeah but if something would have happened to her he could have been in way more trouble. You've seen the white knighting going on when he has video evidence because he said "mean" things to her after she tried to set him up. Imagine what would have happened if he left her on the street and she ended up dead. He might be sitting in a prison cell despite not doing anything illegal.

[–]Panzer_Geist 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

The only thing that they could have possibly arrested him for would have been criminal negligence. As far as I know, however, the prosecutor has to prove mens rea (i.e. intent). At least in California. I don't know how it works in other states.

So all in all they wouldn't have any case against him. It's impossible to sentence somebody to prison time without a crime. The judge can't just go "well I don't think you should have done that. Two years. slam". It doesn't work that way. Congress is the legislative branch. It decides what is a crime and what isn't. You can be wrongfully sentenced for a crime you did not commit but you can never be sentenced without a crime. That's where the camera evidence comes in. Keep filming until he's at home at which point the security cameras prove that he went home and to bed.

Criminal negligence doesn't apply for adults unless they are mentally ill. He was dating her - ergo he didn't think that she was mentally ill. They have no case.

In the other video, where she goes full victim mode and releases their phone conversations, you can hear him calling her trailer trash. In another, he loses his shit because she bails on their vacations plans, for which he paid obviously, less than 24 hours before their flight. The guy knew very well what kind of person he was dealing with: irresponsible, impulsive and emotionally unstable. But she's an 8, probably hottest chick he's dated, so he stayed.

[–]demetrios3 1 point2 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

I understand the Man vs Woman element here and it sucks that there's a double standard. I'm more alarmed because I believe that Police probably know there is an possibility of bullshit from the woman but they just can't help themselves when they see an opportunity to be bullies. Cops are the real enemy.

[–]MartialWay -1 points0 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

Kind of the opposite of what happened historically. Cops understood the complexity of these issues far better than most, and were under fire from activists for not arresting in complex DV situations. Activists pressured legislators to compel police to arrest with a series a draconian restrictions unlike anything else in the criminal code. Yeah, they commonly KNOW it's bullshit, but they are REQUIRED to arrest off the accusation.

This is sort of like voting for politicians that enact Prohibition, and then getting mad at the cops that shut your bar down.

[–]demetrios3 0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

I'm sure there but that was back in the day when the Police knew to protect and serve THE PUBLIC. in 2014 the Police (not all but the majority) are more interested in being bullies and they abuse their power all under the guise of protecting and serving themselves.

Quick refresher- Legislators don't "compel" the Police to make arrests. Legislators WRITE the law, Police EXECUTE the law (and execute anyone else they can get away with executing) unless it means arresting another Cop, then they look the other way or frame an innocent party.

[–]MartialWay 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Quick refresher- Legislators don't "compel" the Police to make arrests.

No they don't. Unless of course they explicitly write it into the law with mandatory (or preferred response) arrest provisions, which in this case, they did.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minneapolis_Domestic_Violence_Experiment#Mandatory_arrest_policies.

This leads to some really f*cked up situations, and a highly recomend setting aside any ideologies you have and doing some research on this, it's a major Civil Rights issue, and is different from any other part of the criminal code. Robbery, rape and murder don't have this kind of provision.

So this happened earlier this year. Anyone know if it torpedoed his career? If so, I'd say her mission was accomplished either way. Probably got paid by the opponent, another woman.

It's very unusual for women to team up like this, but with a single mom needing money, I suppose anything's possible

It seems she (or a former ex) accuses him of other allegations in previous years. None of which received a conviction. Charges including cocaine, paying for sex, choking a woman who accused him of fathering her son, and sexually assaulting a little girl.

Edit: People are just eating him alive in the comments.. "No, I have no knowledge of a video. So does that negate the allegation of rape of a child? ...and the other crimes? He is a predator, who probably picked a unstable person so he could dominate."

Normal behavior for the majority of women.

"No, I have no knowledge of a video. So does that negate the allegation of rape of a child..."

When the accuser is a proven liar, and the things never actually happened, yeah that does tend to "negate" allegations.

Your statement is so simple, yet makes so much sense.

[–]thisgamesucks1 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

We should just institute lashings for this kind of absurd behavior. That'd fix'em for good.

jusges are super invested in the system. he covered ass, but he isn't a victim or anything.

for all we know he could be perpetuating the same problems tomorrow, its difficult for honest people to get into that position.

I already record 70% of my life on camera. It will be very very very difficult to anyone blame me for something I didn't do.

The guy was dating a single mom. Cold calculating bitch who would do anything to cling to his material support. Did you see how calm she was in the car before fighting with him then throwing herself out of the moving vehicle?

He spent the night before this happened making chocolate chip cookies for "the child", her child by another man. Beta-ing it up. Just being with the single mom's child makes you a beta in her eyes. There's no way to win. Don't play.

Avoid single moms. Can't he do better than that? Granted she was blonde and her face was ok, but she was a bit heavy and, well, it's extremely risky to be with single moms.

As much as I'd like hop on the hate bandwagon here, this guy is a fucking idiot for even dating this woman. She jumps out of a moving car then instantly starts blaming him? Clearly that wasn't the first time something like that happened because he was recording it.

He should have left her years ago, he's not allowed to play the victim.

He should have left her years ago, he's not allowed to play the victim.

It takes the average DV victim multiple triesd to leave an abuser, and you have ZERO idea how much pressure he was under. Their ENTIRE LIFE is about controlling you, and nothing is as random as it seems. It gets really easy to say "It's a rough patch, by I'm about to make Partner, she's making subtle threats to tank my career, I'll just stay a little longer till I get it." "Oh, I'm running for office, and half my friends and family have bet years of their lives on me getting this, I'll make a break for it afterwards, when things are better". "Oh, I have coordinated opposition, and she's been systematically attempting to create blackmail material, I could lose everything". "Oh shit, she's threatening child molestation charges, I could be in prison, labeled a sex offender with the guys I put there".

It was pretty ugly even WITH video evidence in his favor. This isn't like women that have DV protections and can just walk away and get the guy endlessly locked up....you ARE the guy they can get endlessly locked up.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
