Pretty sure it was on MRP, but I can't find it. It was about how important diet is, that lifting is super great of course but the real gains (int he gym and at home) really came when he ate to ~12% BF. I am almost certain I saved the post but it's not in my saved history. Maybe it was deleted, who knows. Any idea?

it's NOT this one: Lifting is important but do not forget proper nutrition. The one I'm talking about was longer and better/higher value.
