Always love this video, it's so funny and so true! Show your man and ask him if he agrees :)

I linked it to him, and the response was "your crazy is harmless supervillain stuff, so you're fine"

I only said I wanted to destroy the sun because I was really hot when pregnant.....

I only said I wanted to destroy the sun because I was really hot when pregnant

I used to hide snickers in the cereal boxes and claim it was my evil twin.

why have I never thought of that?!

One time I said 'buy chocolate but hide it so I'm not tempted'.

Next day, crappy day, I go looking and can't find it, so i give up and ask when he gets home where it is... He laughed and reaches top of shelves saying "chocolate is not for midgets"

I may have threatened no sex ever again!

I hid it in the cereal box because I didn't want him to eat it :|

The Vicki Mendoza Diagonal!

HIMYM anyone??

I love it. This version is way more hilarious though. I'll show R the unabridged version but we've talked about the VMD before (I hereby propose this acronym be accepted in the sub repertoire). I asked where I was and he said "oh you're riding the upper end of the diagonal hard, you've got no room for error dear." Many laughs were had but then I plotted his demise for making such a joke.

[–]Camille11325[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Hahaha I've never seen HIMYM but I love that this was included! The VMD is such a great addition to the chart so let's definitely make it a thing :)

[–]jade_cat0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

His examples of Vicky Mendosa are inaccurately represented on the scale though. When he mentions an action that made the girl hotter, on the graph it would show as "less crazy". The diagram should look like this.

Hahaha! You are completely correct - I've watched this video a dozen times and never noticed. Shame shame HIMYM.

Watch till end. I wasn't expecting to get a bonus laugh XD

[–]Camille11325[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Lol yes! This video was like a crash course in RP truths

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (5 children) | Copy Link

Holy shit. that was amazeballs! I would say that for my SO I'm in the unicorn stage ONLY because his previous data has skewed his point of reference. Like I'm super chill. I think I'm good lookin. But I know that I'm not "hot" or that I am not fuckin nuts. BUT compared to the ex.... I am a fucking unicorn here to save his world with my rainbow glitter poop and shiny mane (thanks /u/QueenBee126). So this chart is accurate but as the guy alluded to... it is relative to the person too.

No. But I can't even.... I knew about this product but have never seen this in my life.

[–]BellaScarletta2 points3 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

You. Are. Welcome.

I quote this whole thing way too often.

"And I'm not just talking about you hemorrhoidal ladies (; "

[–]Camille11325[S] 1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Aww you are his unicorn that is so sweet! Isn't it cool how accurate the chart is? Basically all men can relate despite their unique preferences and tastes. It just goes to show AWALT and also AMALT. A big part of RP really is just putting into words the shared experiences of men and women in the SMP.

Sidenote, is 10 months a reference to you and your man being together for that long?!

YUP!!

It just goes to show AWALT and also AMALT.

Exactly. Just like men need to understand the rules of attraction and act accordingly to get what they want, women also need to do that too. I keep seeing so many of my friends thinking "well I'm just like that and they need to love me for me". That isn't how it works. Not that 100% everyone needs to act like robots and do the same things, but there are certain basic rules that you should be employing in a relationship for it to actually be successful. I really believe that.

I'm pretty sure I'm in or on the cusp of the unicorn zone then, as I've been told this fairly often

Told by whom?

Not to burst your bubble, but:

Previous bfs,

shouldn't be previous bfs if you are a unicorn. If you were the one who broke up with them, then they would be of lower value than you, therefore their standards are too low to trust their use of the term "unicorn".

good friends of long term and new (male

If you are a unicorn, they wouldn't want to stay in the friend zone.

and female)

You can't trust a female's assessment of another female on that kind of scale. They don't have the same criterias.

, and family.

Asking a family member to judge you on that scale is downright creepy.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
