Rather than taking the simplistic "women love jerks" interpretation, note that what this most likely means is that attractive men who can get sex are not punished and discouraged from being abusive and manipulative.

Interstingly, this same behavior is observed in chimpanzees. The more they bully the females, the more sex they get

I'd caution against making direct comparisons between humans and chimpanzees, but in any case, my point remains just as valid in this case for chimpanzees as well - higher status chimps can afford to be coercive and intimidating and father more offspring than lower status chimps.

I have finally taken women off of that pedestal, at the suggestion of a feminist sex worker I've know for about 15 years. Thinking back on the ways my non commercial female partners treated me over my life..? Fek 'em 1/2th of them were abusive & manipulative to me. Had 2 girls who used to hit me, one pretty hard - stronger than she looked. Hit random guy's on the train - back when I was 5'10" and 136lbs. Luckily the odd British tradition of saying 'sorry' even when it was blatantly the other party's fault save my arse more than once..

And the public puncher? This is part of how I finally grew out of seeing them as sugar and spice, when it turned out the liar wasn't pregnant she just had gonorrhea which she passed on to me - the same night she said to me 'don't bother using a condom, it'll be okay - we've been together 3 months now..')

It's only in the last couple of years I realised how bad of a thing it is. The person you love cheats on you, lies to you, totally betrays you & then attempts to defraud you of tens, probably hundreds of thousands of £££s!

How is this not a criminal offence? Why has no woman ever done jail time for such an evil, devastating crime? And the state colludes with them? And they claim we live in a patriarchy? In the UK a couple of men have managed to make private prosecutions and sued their betrayers for the money they stole, but that's a drop in the ocean.

So yeah, want get more sex from women? The gloves are off!

And it is only in desperation at most women's inability to meet men half way and talk in plain language that may draw the world into a dystopia. Hell, I feel a young adult triology forming..

Honest question: Why did you pedestalize us as a whole in the first place? Yeah, I realize this comment is going to get downvoted into Oblivion just for asking this, but it's something I've always wondered.

Did your parents teach you to do this? Your school/teachers? Peers? Church? Media? I grew up in a very Catholic tradcon household and was taught to pedestalize males, which I thankfully grew out of when I became an atheist, so was curious about your own personal journey. It's better to see men and women as real people, so kudos to you for doing this.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
