Are sex differences in preferences for physical attractiveness and good earning capacity in potential mates smaller in countries with greater gender equality? (self.BlackPillScience)

Even so, in countries with greater gender income inequality the average male should fair better as he'd be much richer than the average woman in a nation where there are gender equality in income. At least that's what I think and have observed; Male immigrants I see from nations with greater gender income inequality as well as older men from a generation where gender income inequality was greater have more attractive spouses compared to themselves in comparison to males raised in a equal society. Are there any studies on this?

Yes, there are studies on it, they've been posted here, and your intuition is exactly wrong.

I don't see this- My dad married someone half his age from pakistan, the reason he was able to do this is clear- his wealth accumulated in the first world.
But if the studies prove otherwise, that is interesting.
Perhaps it is because beta bux are actually seen as the prominent favoured choice on a value spectrum than it is in the west.

I don't see how that's a contradiction. Different things are being discussed.

Although there are at least one or two studies posted here that suggests income inequality may mitigate female wallet hunting.
But even of that I am a bit skeptical: if income inequality is reduced to near zero on the Gini Coefficient scale (impossible but this is a thought experiment), wouldn't then sexual selective pressures on men from women move from money to something else? like status?

Status, yes. The studies posted show an increase in female choosiness with more income inequality. They don't show that women become less selective than men at any known level of equality.

In other words, the one and only hurtle to equality is... women
