So I was out with my LTR and our friend group. A dude that used to hang out with them all came up to my LTR and tried making jokes about me.

She flipped and completely shut him down and destroyed his manhood.

Of course the dude didn't say anything to me nor did I here what he said. Apparently it was some joke about my hair. At some point in the middle of her berating him I did go over and asked him if he wanted to touch it for good luck lmao.

It's interesting from a more psychological point of view. Of course people don't make conscious choices when they do stuff like that, so it's fun to play Freud with their behaviours and reason why their subconscious made them do what they did. Edit: Also, the more you analyze and understand now by reading and learning, the more you will instinctually grasp and react accordingly later on.

I understand, and also agree, but these types of conversations leads to no tangible results. It's all speculation and it varies from user to user. At the end of the day, I ask myself does this shit help me in any way possible to be successful on reaching my goals. If it does, awesome, embrace the new info and apply it to real life, but if it doesn't, it was, what I consider, a waste of time.

I consider applying my red pill knowledge in a thread like this a great opportunity to revise what I already learnt and expose my statements to critique from other, more advanced members of the community, allowing me to polish whatever area I may be lacking in and improve my future instinctual behaviour and the way I read people. It just depends what your goals of coming on here are I guess.

If people make jokes of her man, then he's not respected, thus people think he's' a loser, which means she's dating a loser, and that means she had to settle for a low status loser because she can't do better. The guy was most likely beta as fuck too, because like what alpha male does that. If she didn't defend you people would take her silence for agreement, which would mean she is aware of dating a loser but does nothing about it.

Edit: Summing up, if she didn't start defending you, she would be forced to break up with you sooner or later. Your friend group would lose respect towards you and see they can talk shit about you when she's around. That's more than enough to end a relationship from a woman's point of view.

My take is your should probably continue raising your SMV to the point you don't have randoms coming up to you and making jokes about you.

Ive literally never had a guy come up and talk shit to me or about me in general and I go out all the damn time.

The key in these scenarios is the best defense is a good offense, props to your girl for defending you but she shouldn't have too lets be honest. If I sense a guy is entering my group to challenge me or approach the women I am with, I always make eye contact and introduce myself and make basic small talk to feel him out. This communicates to him I am the gate keeper of the group, im nice but not overly nice, and he needs to show me something worthy of being introduced into the rest of the group. Which means he has to enter my frame to get anything, if he fails I give him a little pat on the back and tell him to have a good night and I turn my back, typically make a joking comment about him to the group and we all move on. This either shuts down or deescalates 99% of situations I encounter. But I also give off a vibe that I am not to be fucked with, if you can't channel that kind of energy I suggest you lift, and work on your frame.

I think you bring up a good point. I have an inviting friendly frame. When I am out and in the zone I will make friends with everyone. I am a bigish, strongish, guy (5'10" 240# 325# bench 400# squat 475# deadlift.)

Unlike you I often get tested. Dudes try to get me to fight or try to mess with me commonly enough. I normally laugh em out the room. I wonder if this is because I have an inviting persona.
