Consider how we create and value shows that check off the boxes, art that appears to function for what we consider good promotion for pc culture or plainly skill over truth and nuance, music mostly for catchiness and appearances.

If you've been on Instagram you see day after day vain narcissistic posts under some false guise that get support for mental illness or because they're attractive, at some point its hard to tell the difference.

The point is this world was never meant to make much sense or ever really has. And in part why I regret trying to live life as a painter searching for real authentic substance. At the end of the day you have to do your best to store away defenses, money, and above all don't talk about things that may be true but may get you in trouble.

The Italian guy that discovered the stars was burned to death for blasphemy, imaging being that dude. Be happy your alive and remember most everyone loves Don Draper.

I'll give my opinion as someone who, at one point, almost looked to red pill as a guiding force in my life. I now have stepped away quite a bit due to not being happy with the content if the main sub and the lack of new useful information. But that's besides the point. Here's my take.

The biggest issue most regular (blue pill as you would call them) people take with red pill is the degradation of women. You can say red pill doesn't degrade women all day long but it does. Literally one of the top posts on her says women should be the turd at the bottom of your toilet. Like wtf.

The second issue they take with red pill is the type of person they think is in here (which they are correct in a lot of cases). The guy who got his heart broke, is angry at the woman, and wants to take it out on all women as a whole by fucking them and never committing (using them). Call it what you will but this is how every day people view it.

The third and most important issue is the context of the word. Just like the word "femenism" puts a sour taste in your mouth, "Red pill" does the same thing to normal people. It has been demonized so much in the media that people have an incorrect view of what it's all about.

A side issue that is just one of the many smaller ideas that is hated is "AWALT". When this term was first used here it wasn't to say that all women are cheating lying whores that want to steal your money and make you into a little bitch. It was more of a safety net used to say that all women follow the basic rules of hypergamy. Even at that, people here still accepted that some women could fall outside AWALT but we should act as though none do just to protect ourselves. It didn't mean to treat them like shit but just to accept the possibility that it could all fall apart.

The main reason I distanced myself was due to the growing "hate" for women. Constant threads popping up that just demonized women for being what they are. One of the core tennants when I first joined was that while you will go through anger phase you shouldn't hate women for what they are. They can't help it and honestly they don't think about these things (hypergamy) because they are just biological to them. You should love women and love spending your time with them (the ones that are worth your time of course).

That's just my take. There are many more reasons that people hate the red pill but these are the main issues I could see.

Here's the meta-level answer:

Since the 1960's, the elites have been using their monopoly on media to subvert Western culture. This takes the form of undermining marriage, promoting Feminism, stoking racial hatred, promoting degenerate sexual behavior, and all that shit.

At the same time, that whole shit-pill is contained within a sugary capsule of social justice, which gives people very high doses of self-righteousness, wrathful anger, and a feeling of group acceptance.

Basically, your average SJW is addicted to those emotions, and have become unwitting footsoldiers for a hostile force -- kind of like when those ants get infected by the fungus that causes them to climb up a flower and get eaten by a bird, to continue the fungus' life-cycle.

Like, I have to hand it to the elites -- they executed this brilliantly. They created a mind-virus that infects nice people and causes them to participate in subversion of the West, all the while feeling like they're on a righteous moral crusade.

I think it is also worth considering that many of the red pillers who are most vocal online are the newly red pilled who haven't completely shed their "betaness" and are still in the rage phase or haven't been able to fully embody the theory.

Inauthenticity is off putting. Even blue pillers can sniff out a fake.

The most authentically alpha men I know wouldn't be caught dead on a subreddit or in the comments section of youtube. They are just naturally confident, charismatic, successful, powerful, and out living their awesome lives. The newly redpilled just aren't there yet.

NB. This is not meant to discredit trp and the necessary transitional phases one must go through. Fake it until you make it is real and I cheer on all men on here who are working to improve themselves. Society needs more men like you.

But another thing that so many people forget is: Neo CHOSE to take the red pill, he was never forced to, he searched for enlightenment and not vice versa. So when random people stumble upon this (especially women) what are the chances they would accept this knowledge which challenges everything they know about relationships and female nature (most women aren’t even aware of their own nature so you have to empathise a bit that for them it will be incredibly shocking... even more so than when every single male trp user first found out about this). I’ll tell you -same chances as Morpheus going up to random people and offering each of them the red pill.

You’ll notice the bulk of the people who are actively against red pill concepts are also those who would be considered social failures. They are usually ugly, weird, and going nowhere in life. Well marrying up, trading up, and branch swinging have always been a thing, maybe more prevalent in these times. But to some the degree or intensity of it isnt a big thing on their radar.

They probably agree with those things but not the depth of the concept. Not everyone wants to cheat or trade up, etc. It is human nature. But obviously that person either doesn't give it much credence, thought, or think it's an over blown concept.

Sometimes when you read things someone may seem to apply too much onus or too little depending on your view. But to dismiss it out of hand is simply wrong as well.

The red pill some people use as a crutch and become very cynical. He's probably not fond of that anger element. But aside the cynicism, why should someone simply stay with another.

Rather than a concept it's more accepted to say it coloquially, because it can be weird from the outside looking in. And others again don't need fundamental concept analysis to get by in their life. Personally I believe the concepts yes but they are clung to by newbies because they have no other reference.

It's not a big deal. Like gravity you appreciate it and move on. At the end of the day women in general want different types of men. Going full bore into the red pill could end up limiting you in a sense or narrow your appreciation of life.
