So I've just spent the best part of an hour deleting banal comments and garbage topics where people are trying to evade the "no link posts" rule recently implemented by submitting lazy text posts with a link. If you do this, I will delete your post. If you do this more than once, I will ban you.
If your post doesn't have a single informative paragraph accompanying it, it will probably get deleted for being spam/low effort.
If you make topics asking for personal advice here, I will remove it and tell you to put it in /r/asktrp. That's what that sub is for. If you do it again, I will ban you for being a dumb fuck who can't take instructions. I don't care if you think it will get noticed more here and you prefer to post it here rather than there. That sub is there for a reason, use it, no exceptions.
If you make a shitty low effort comment, I will remove it. I will then go on your profile and look back through a few pages of your trite because you've caught my eye. If I see a stream of low effort shitty comments, or literally X no. of posts that breaks our rules, I will ban you. If you don't want to get "investigated" like this, don't make shitty comments and give me reason to click on your name.
There is something the new guys need to realize. You shouldn't be posting because you don't know shit. When the sub was smaller we had a tradition of insisting that new guys STFU and read the sidebar/bloggers/books etc. This tradition seems to have flown out the window within the last few waves of members. You join up now and you start running your mouth. That's the quickest way to get a one way ticket out of here.
As a general guideline: I recommend reading red pill content such as books, endorsed contributor comments and posts, gilded posts, the top posts of all time, blogs, as well as the sidebar for the first month you join. Don't post a god damn thing. And for god sake, if you do think you're ready, make a fucking effort. If you like TRP enough to frequent the sub, you should like it enough to ADD value to it rather than WATER IT DOWN with your banal horseshit.
You post crap, you risk exile. When I have shit I put it in this thing call a trash can or if it's coming out of me, a toilet. We are not a trash can and neither are we a toilet, we are a discussion forum, so treat it as such. If you leave your shit here, you will be treated like trash and you will get taken the fuck out.
We want you to learn, but that doesn't mean you can just write any old shit that comes into your head like a fucking retard with a microphone and too much courage after finishing a bottle of Jack Daniels. Most of you are here to learn so shutup and learn.
If it isn't thought out, don't post it.
If you are posting something lazily, don't post it because we probably don't care about it if you didn't care enough to bother with it.
If you're the type of person who makes me clean house too much, you're gone. First and only warning, sloppiness won't be tolerated.
