Ultimately it has been ingrained in both genders to the point where both mothers and fathers reinforce acceptance of these beliefs in their own children, and men are at fault due to a lack of realization of what truths this mindset holds and what it leads to in the future. Women are equally guilty in the shortsighted logic of embracing feminism, but most men of the western feminized world are basically just sellouts.

My theory has always been that men will do anything to get sex, and our current society has brainwashed men into believing this is the way to get sex, so they follow through riding on false hopes until they crash into reality and choose one of three paths: giving up completely, becoming a beta male cuckold provider, or going for gold and capitalizing on all the BS via redpill & alpha male dominance. More and more men choose the first path because it becomes their only choice due to uncontrolled female hypergamy. The second path is littered with men that never had an awaking and possibly never will. They will wallow in their misery until divorce theft, cuckoldry, or death strikes them, by this time it is too late, the damage has been done. The third path, is by far the most difficult, because you have to unlearn everything you've been taught and come to peace with the notion that there is no fairy tale ending for you, this is difficult for most people, since we have been trained that being alone in life is a fate worse than death. Hence, the third group, the one that could possibly fight against the damage that's being done, is hopelessly underpopulated.

So the cycle, backed fully by women, with only a small 1-2% of men willing to stand against it, will continue on until a massive change is brought about by some external force.
