Neighbor lesbian couple complaining about sex noises from my apartament (self.asktrp)

I live in a building with thin walls, I know it suck, no much I can do right now about it. With that said tho, I've been plating some girls for the past 7 moths (since I discovered TRP) and having wild sex with them. Next to me, live a lesbian couple (they are not pretty so don't get your hopes high XD). Like 6 months ago, they left a note on my door which says "Close you window when you're gonna fuck, asshole. I can hear you" So, I listened and started closing the windows and trying to minimize noises.

A month ago, she knocks at my door complaining about my noises again and adding that she is anoyed by me playing guitar and me talking to my GFs at 3:00am and so on. Well, a week back she texted the owner of our appartaments complaining again so I went to her apartament and had a talk. I was upset but handled things pretty well. Held frame and all she did was agree with me saying that "yes, things are better now. Not much noises coming from your side."

Yesterday she texted me saying that again she could hear me having sex and next time she will call the police.

I'm pretty sure that she could not hear me unles she was really paying attention. I was barely making any noise. When I told the girl I was with that I was comming, she couldn't even listen. At this point I think she is obsessed. Can't be more silent, since I'm whispering all the fucking time.

So I come to you guys asking how should I handle this as per your opinions. I can't get involved with police since I'm an immigrant and have all to loose. My ID card is not yet ready and I need to have clean police records. Can't afford a hotel to have sex either. This is south America.

Edit: The owner of both appartament and I had a call and he laughed a lot. Seeems to be fine with it and says these girls are a real pain. I'm only concerned about the police thing. I don't think the police is gonna do much tho, but as I said, I preffer to have a clean record until I get my residence.

Edit 2: So yesterday one of my plates came home and we fucked til 2am. Same volume as always (not loud at all) and no cops no texts from the neighbors. I wonder if they gave up.

If you have a good landlord, get the noise policy in writing or create one. Then start recording your sex sessions. If she complains again, have her come to the landlord's, and play the fucking recording.

Keep doing this until it becomes too much of an inconvenience for her to complain constantly/or she gets sick of hearing you fuck/or everybody involved agrees that it wasn't that damn loud.

Police are not going to care. Basically if you are making noise so loud that the whole neighborhood is complaining, like you're in a rock band or something, and they can hear it from their police car when they pull up, then you might have something to worry about. I had a neighbor complain to me that I was ‘stomping around’ and ‘moving furniture’ at night. I really didn’t think I was being excessively loud.

Then on night, while I was on vacation halfway across the country, he sent me a messaging telling me if I didn’t shut up, he’d call the cops.

Yeah when we have the talk, she said she had gone to several places across the building talking to people because everybody's making just too much noise. She even took the time to go speak with a person who has an air conditioner on, and there was a water drop falling every 5 seconds on top off the garbage at the 1st floor. We are at the 6th so go figure out how she managed to hear it. She had the guy remove the air conditioning from his apartments. WTF

It really annoys me when people in apartments complain about noise. I used to live in this apartment complex that was right on the "bar street" of my city. I would hear loud thumping club music, people screaming, cars honking, and general bussling 24/7/365 and I loved it.

My neighbors would bitch about it to me in passing and i would just shake my head.

Tell those lesbians to move to a house in the suburbs if they want quiet.

Even better, go buy some sound insulating foam and put it on the bordering wall. Keep doing what you're doing and when the cops show up, show them the foam and make it known you have gone way out of your way to accommodate them and it's becoming harrassment.
