So attractive females receive more lenient treatment due to their neoteny?

What's funny is that the negative relation between attractiveness and criminal involvement was also only statistically significant in females. Not sure what could explain this.

Not much point taking on the risks of being a criminal when you're already living life on 'easy mode', I guess? It could also be that they manipulate men in doing their 'dirty work' for them, and subsequently have them take the fall for any possible consequences.

Small effect sizes though, which is interesting.
