It reflects how women are slaves to their biological needs just as much as men are. When given the ideal partner, they'll pass over him for the chance of man with even greater value, despite that man of too great a value.
Science needs to look into ways to reduce female hypergamy.

But women also self inflict, limiting themselfs to much and making it more difficult for themselfes. But 99% won't see it. The big difference, is that men have no power to change this, but women have only that power (by just putting themselfs on: restriction (no more then.. minutes per week @ dating app; not checking more then .. matches per week, etc...).
