I thought this was an interesting blog post: https://anengineersaspect.blogspot.com/2011/07/nikola-tesla-mr-tesla-explains-why-he.html?m=1 and would love to hear your thoughts as well.

"I had always thought of woman as possessing those delicate qualities of mind and soul that made her in her respects far superior to man. I had put her on a lofty pedestal, figuratively speaking, and ranked her in certain important attributes considerably higher than man. I worshipped at the feet of the creature I had raised to this height, and, like every true worshiper, I felt myself unworthy of the object of my worship.

But all this was in the past. Now the soft voiced gentle woman of my reverent worship has all but vanished. In her place has come the woman who thinks that her chief success in life lies on making herself as much as possible like man - in dress, voice, and actions, in sports and achievements of every kind. The world has experience many tragedies, but to my mind the greatest tragedy of all is the present economic condition wherein women strive against men, and in many cases actually succeed in usurping their places in the professions and in industry. This growing tendency of women to overshadow the masculine is a sign of a deteriorating civilization.

Practically all the great achievements of man until now have been inspired by his love and devotion to woman. Man has aspired to great things because some woman believed in him, because he wished to command her admiration and respect. For these reasons he has fought for her and risked his life and his all for her time and time again.

Perhaps the male in society is useless. I am frank to admit that I don't know. If women are beginning to feel this way about it - and there is striking evidence at hand that they do - then we are entering upon the cruelest period of the world's history.

Our civilization will sink to a state like that which is found among the bees, ants, and other insects - a state wherein the male is ruthlessly killed off. In this matriarchal empire which will be established, the female rules. As the female predominates, the males are at her mercy. The male is considered important only as a factor in the general scheme of the continuity of life.

The tendency of women to push aside man, supplanting the old spirit of cooperation with him in all the affairs of life, is very disappointing to me."

I'm amazed that this was written in 1924. It does sound very actual.

Seems like not only his technology predictions were on point...

You shouldn't be amazed when you read this quote from within it's historical context; the industrial revolution replaced feudalistic attitudes with optimism and idealism. Man was higher than a kite until the Great Depression hit.

This is interesting and makes me weirdly kind of sad :( How does a modern girl that has to work due to the economy deal with this state of affairs? Can you still inspire a man’s affection and reach that pedestal status?

This feminist spirit goes right back to the beginning of creation in Genesis, where God cursed Eve for eating the fruit. "Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you." Doesn't sound so bad, not like a curse. But a couple pages over and we read about Cain, and he was warned not to give into sin, because "sin's desire is for you, it is crouched at your door to rule over you."

I get it: women have to work. But the desire for equality has become pathological. Women and men are not equal and they never have been. Then what are they? Complementary. Woman is a complement, a derivative of man. And this is why transgenderism and homosexuality miss the mark here, because they are not complimentary. One is a surgical alteration, and the other is inner compensation for outer sameness.

It used to be that when Adam had his eye on God, and Eve on Adam, that both enjoyed paradise. But Man followed the woman, and the woman the devil.

The point is not for a woman to reach the pedestal. Pedestalization is what betas do. They pedestalize women and then when they're let down they get all passive aggressive and start acting weird. The point is to be a woman, and to help the man. To contribute and bring value out of yourself in order to strengthen the man.

Tesla was disappointed that women didn't want to be women anymore. It doesn't take a man to push down the pedal of a motorcar. We don't need a man to use a computer. Either gender can do that. But to want to push aside men, to supplant them, and to BE men and to rule over them ... that is the true disappointment and the fall and curse of Womankind. The New Testament can fix that, for those who take that step.

I'm going to find out sister.

Bravo.

Hm. Seems to take a pretty huge jump to genocide there.

Other than that it seems like he is a man who has been hurt by women, and only experienced the women who wanted to use him because of his status.

[–]battlebornbitch7 points8 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I don't think anyone ever accused him of being emotionally mature or stable. I doubt that there were women who wanted to use him for his status, because he never really had any. Yeah, he's a household name now; but while he was alive he was constantly struggling.

And, if I recall, he was much more attached to a particular pigeon than he was to any woman.

Every man is used for his status by a woman, this is NIKOLAI TESLA. Again, this is NIKOLAI TESLA. Thomas Jefferson stole his shit, and branded it as his own, and he had to deal with broads trying to attach themselves to his status. Put yourself in his shoes in 1920 whatever the fuck, and see if you had the strength to not bring it to genocide. I IMPLORE YOU

Thomas Edison, Jefferson was the author of the constitution. Edison was a psycho who electrocuted elephants.

whoever the fuck, NO ONE WOULD HAVE ANY MODERN APPLIANCE WITHOUT THIS MOTHERFUCKER. GIVE RESPECT WHERE ITS FUCKING DUE

[–]CHENGhis-khan6 points7 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Edison was a mental midget compared to Tesla, and relied on cronyism and the government to compete.

Pretty much this...

[–]everythangspeachie5 points6 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

History repeats itself. You look at other great civilizations, they all fell shortly after feminist movements arose.

[–]rbx111110980 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

That's such a myopic analysis. You might want to factor in greed, inefficiencies, corruption, barbarian invasions, and armies spread too far and wide.

[–]everythangspeachie1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Every civilization fell after reaching the age of decadence. Once a civilization reavhes that stage you start to have "first world problems". Which is when women begin to want to create these movements.

Does he ever ask why things are changing? He should know better than most that nothing happens without cause. His self-pity isn't attractive but his pain seems genuine. I hope he did and gained some peace from it.

OP removed. Can someone find the quote

The post has not been edited or removed in any way, at least not by me. I've received two messages about removing the original post, but I still see it completely intact up there. So I'm confused! Let me know if you can't see the original post.https://www.reddit.com/r/RedPillWomen/comments/djtj5i/nikola_tesla_explains_why_he_will_never_marry/

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
