Rant/VentingWoman allegedly duped into sex now wants to pass new law prohibiting men from lying about their personal background. (self.TheRedPill)

Article: 'I Wanted Justice'

How this guy was able to go on for so long deceiving women saying he was a secret agent and then this particular woman even wiring money 'for security clearance' is beyond me. He had thirteen kids in total with six different women. This proves a point that women love danger and excitement; that they are willing to put up with anything if you are high enough status in their eyes. Once you pull away the veil of secrecy, and show you're true self, intentionally or unintentionally, you are disposable.

I can't stop thinking about the absurdity of it all.

[–]1oldredder 155 points156 points  (13 children)

Awesome: so let's make it a criminal offense, fraud to start, and I think rape is fair, if a woman has sex with a man by lying about being on the pill.

If she says she's on the pill then she gets pregnant the onus is on her to prove she took it or not. If she took it and it didn't work, no conviction.

[–]Senior Contributordr_warlock 119 points120 points  (8 children)

He said his name was Liam Allen, an Englishman who'd immigrated to the U.S. as a child and worked in secret operations for the British Ministry of Defense. She believed him, and when he told her she needed security clearance to talk to him more, she wired a purported middleman cash in order to show her trustworthiness.

[–]tinklikeitink 3 points4 points  (1 child)

One day, he left his wallet out, and Lewis briefly went through it. She found an identification card with his real name. She searched it online, and learned of his past misdeeds: prison time for bigamy and fraud, a conviction for child molestation, a trail of deceived ex-wives and fiancees, his deportation back to New Jersey.

That parts not as funny, this guy is not only a criminal who ruins peoples lives but also a child molester.

[–]1mojo_juju 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Disclaimer: I am a dumbass.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haha no problem. The way he worded it was a bit weird; great clip by the way.

"I can't make decisions, I need big daddy government to make them for me."

[–]through_a_ways 27 points28 points  (2 children)

Ultimately, government is just another alpha.

Except that he can literally kill you and get away scot-free

[–]1kick6 35 points36 points  (1 child)

He's both sides. He's both an alpha and UNLIMITED betabux. No man can compete with Daddy Government.

[–]RojoEscarlata 60 points61 points  (25 children)

That's why women shouldn't vote.

[–]1xwm 40 points41 points  (0 children)

Wait, you're on to something here. New men's right movement slogan in this. Either you're responsible enough to make decisions or you aren't enough to vote

[–]systemshock869 13 points13 points [recovered]

If we follow that logic half the population of the US shouldn't vote..

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 43 points44 points  (11 children)

John Adams thought that way, that citizens should earn the right to vote. At this point voting is irrelevant, because you choose from the people chosen for you, and none of it really makes a difference. It's a dog and pony show to a great extent.

[–]Endorsed Contributorbicepsblastingstud 19 points20 points  (10 children)

From Heinlein's Starship Troopers:

“Mr. Salomon, can you give me a reason—not historical nor theoretical but practical—why the franchise is today limited to discharged veterans?” [the instructor asked.]

“Uh, because they are picked men, sir. Smarter.”

“Preposterous! […] Service men are not brighter than civilians. In many cases civilians are much more intelligent. […] Under our system every voter and officeholder is a man who has demonstrated through voluntary and difficult service that he places the welfare of the group ahead of personal advantage... We ensure that all who wield [sovereign franchise] accept the ultimate in social responsibility—we require each person who wishes to exert control over the state to wager his own life—and lose it, if need be—to save the life of the state.”

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 4 points5 points  (7 children)

I could get behind that, but it's a short step to military dictatorship, but it might cut down on useless wars and government excess.

[–]RojoEscarlata 4 points5 points  (6 children)

it's a short step to military dictatorship

It kinda is, readthe book if you haven't then watch the movie.

Talking about forms of gov that could work like that I would put Germany's National Socialist as a good example.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 6 points7 points  (5 children)

I need to read the book, but I did enjoy the tits in the movie.

[–]RojoEscarlata 1 point2 points  (4 children)

That prime Denise Richards thought.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 1 point2 points  (3 children)

Yeah, but not nekkid in that flick, had to wait to see her tits and ass.

[–]RojoEscarlata 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What a fun coincidence, I watched Star Ship Troopers lastnight, for my lazy sunday movie night.

"A citizen accepts personal responsibility for the safety of the body politic, defending it with his life, a civilian does not." - Johnny Rico while still a student.

"A citizen has the courage to make the safety of the human race their personal responsibility." - Johnny Rico after weeks of military service.

[–]surfjihad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Verhovens starship troopers had a wealth of (possibly accidental) red pill knowledge

[–]ModAerobus 1 point2 points  (4 children)

Hmm, I posted a topic like this on EvenRedder. I'm surprised that TRP remained this conservative, questioning and agreeing that women shouldn't vote. Maybe I'll bring a post to TRP about it sometime.

[–]Endorsed ContributorObio1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No one who is a net recipient of tax dollars should be allowed to vote. Period.

That applies evenly across the board of genders, races and ages.

Alexis de Toqueville said it 2 centuries ago: Democracy in America will fail when the voters simply decide to vote themselves the Treasury. ie: When you are receiving benefits, you will always and forever vote for increased benefits.

Women are net recipients of tax dollars. So... yeah.

The cool kids table, em I the only one from that sub that's not banned or a EC ?

Anyway its half and half, yesterday I had an argument with some "RP" gamers that couldn't comprehend the idea that games are not more than a pass time. They Got all defensive like if I insulted them or something.

[–]ModAerobus 1 point2 points  (1 child)

The cool kids table, em I the only one from that sub that's not banned or a EC ?

Eh I don't know what their criteria is. I got invited long before I became an EC.

Anyway its half and half, yesterday I had an argument with some "RP" gamers that couldn't comprehend the idea that games are not more than a pass time. They Got all defensive like if I insulted them or something.

Yeah I know what you mean. You are correct. Video games, as fun as they may be, are a way to pass the time. Video games is not self-improvement in any way, and if you're not careful it can be a timesink.

I talked to the mods about this, and I think the best thing to do is ignore the obvious trolls and make an attempt for honest discussion once, and only once, with those that disagree. If they continue to act like brats, report and move on. Let the mods decide whether they should stick around or get banned. I trust their judgment.

[–]RojoEscarlata 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The annoying thing is that they are not trolls, but TRP members that try to justify gaming.

If they where too trolls I wouldn't give a fuck and dismiss them entirely, but this people are "part of the ranks"

Might as well try to educate them so this place doesn't decline.

[–]George_l_rockwell 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Sex is inherently about deception.

Women wear makeup... Perfume... High heels... False eyelashes.

Women color their skin different shades of tan, or use whiteners. They wear colored contact lenses... Dye their hair.

They buy fake handbags by the hundreds of millions to appear wealthier than they are. They wear fake/costume jewelry. They buy knock-off shoes and dresses to give the appearance of wealth.

They get plastic surgery to correct their noses, their breasts, their cheeks, their eyes, their ears, their thighs, their bellies, their butts, their labia.

They inject silicon. They inject botox, fillers, and subcutaneous fat.

They even bleach their assholes.

They lie about where they're from. (How many hick Russian chicks have I met that say they're from "Moscow"? LOL!)

They lie about their jobs: "I'm an actress"... "I'm a model".... Please. No you're not. You're a waitress! The only people that are fooled are betas under 25.

The whole damn thing is deception. They are all cheating at every step. They falsely represent their race, their profession, their color, their nationality, their genetics, their class, their beauty, etc. Lying is at the very heart of who they are. They are pretenders, and the reason they pretend is hypergamy.

But if a man tries the same thing, they run to "government". Typical feminist response. What happened to "equality", ladies?

[–]TRP VanguardCyralea 76 points77 points  (4 children)

The best part is that women don't see this as lying, it's just part of the game. To them it's perfectly honest behaviour. This is the most obvious example of female hamstering; it would make them feel bad admitting they're faking and lying their way to attract a mate, so it's not true in their heads. However, this courtesy isn't extended to men, as it works to their favour to castigate men who aren't 100% honest.

[–]TRP Vanguard: "Dark Triad Expert"IllimitableMan 38 points39 points  (2 children)

When lying becomes so reflexive and instinctual to you, to the point you don't have to consciously put any effort into doing it, you stop noticing what you're doing and just do it. If you were born like that, you'd lack the self-awareness to analyse what you're like and know any better. I believe this to be true of women.

[–]1Halfjor 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Same point can be made towards wild and direct lies. Sometimes I think that a majority of the false rape accusing women get so deep into their lie that they really feel like they were raped. All the crying, acting, and bullshit they push so hard, it has to become a reality for them or the cognitive dissonance would be too much.

It's not just women who do that with their lies, but they definitely do it far more than men.

[–]DesdiPhoenix 56 points56 points [recovered]

To me, the scariest one is lying about age. Young women lying about being legal to bang. Older women lying about being younger can be important if we're thinking about having children. The double standards are palpable.

[–][deleted] 27 points28 points  (6 children)

You're right on that one. Believe me, going to a bar is NOT a safe haven for meeting people over 21. And if you end up banging the wrong girl, it's on you. The bar is not responsible at all.

EDIT: Just to add an old anecdote, I remember when I was 17 walking through town in the early evening. As I passed by one of the watering holes (total dive) I saw through the open door a female classmate talking to a much older man. She was in a skin-tight, black cocktail dress sipping a drink. We locked eyes for a moment and I could see a dread form. Her deception was known. I threw a disappointed look and kept walking. The point is, some guy was obviously trying to pick her up, feeling safe in the location filtering out people like her. I have no idea what came of it, probably nothing. But that man was unknowingly playing a very dangerous game.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 41 points42 points  (5 children)

Hell, she isn't responsible at all. She gets just as drunk as you, you're a rapist. She is under age with a fake id, you're both her rapist and contributing to her delinquency. She gets knocked up, it's your responsibility if she wants to keep it. She regrets fucking you, it's retroactively your fault and it's rape.

You have to prove beyond a shadow of doubt, she simply needs preponderance of evidence, so if you could have you're guilty. Under that standard, every man is guilty of rape because he has the basic equipment to do it, and girls are nearby.

[–]Endorsed ContributorObio1 1 point2 points  (1 child)

And if you admit to being attracted to her, then you're "attracted to underage girls", and a threat to society. It's how bitter old hags attempt to shame normal male sexuality.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you are attracted to 22 year olds and are over 30 they call you a pedophile. Shaming is exactly what they are doing.

Reminds me of an old joke I can put a new twist on.

What is a blonde girls mating call? "I am so drunk."

A brunette mating call? "I think all the blondes are gone"

A redhead? "I said, all the blondes are gone."

Fat old chicks? "You can't handle a mature curvy real woman, so you're a pedophile"

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

preponderance? Let's be real, she needs two pieces of circumstantial evidence and you're fucked.

[–]2 Senior Endorsed Contributorvengefully_yours 1 point2 points  (0 children)

True, doesn't take much to get fucked, but you need her to fuck up while the jury watches, and then you might just get a few years probation for what she did.

Not quite that bad, but damn it feels like it.

[–]TRP Vanguard: "Dark Triad Expert"IllimitableMan 100 points101 points  (12 children)

Yep. Women are inherently Machiavellian. I'm glad you get it, because so many guys point blank refuse to.

[–]systemshock869 63 points63 points [recovered]

The culture seems to be developing almost like a religion. Calling bullshit on a woman or holding her accountable for her actions is modern-day blasphemy. They even push their beliefs in the face of scientific fact like old-world Catholicism. (Just for my own clarification, I am religious and believe that science and religion are not mutually exclusive.) Lying is so ingrained in their everyday actions that exposing them is shocking and offensive to both women and men. The 'feelz over realz' movement is scary and sickening.

[–]1mojo_juju 19 points20 points  (2 children)

Calling bullshit on a woman or holding her accountable for her actions is modern-day blasphemy.

It's true. And it is a fucking amazing phenomenon.

I have been fighting it and prodding it, trying to find its soft-spots (i.e. weaknesses), by posting on social media, to my friends and family, when I see them post something that is inherently gyno-centric and at least somewhat misandrist (such as "I don't need a man!"... except that you're using electricity, in a house, on a computer, accessing software... not to mention your hamster).

I have found ignoring stupidity and continuing to pump in emotionally-neutral sentiments (i.e. my words, but with a nice, non-emotionally-charged attitude) backed up by evidence (such as studies/research) is does quite well. When someone attacks me, I don't even respond or mention it, I stick to the core issue and my take on it, ...again, backed up by evidence.

I love to see their reactions. I have distanced myself from most of my family and a lot of my "friends" (i.e. friends on FB but not so much IRL), so I really don't care about anyone's reaction. To me, it is more interesting from a psychological and social perspective how people react, both individually and by trying to build group consensus.

[–]CockBruises 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Tens of thousands of years of (evolutionarily adaptive) religion have molded the human brain's tendencies of thought. If you remove the default religion (Christianity, in the West), people will attach themselves to something else and make it a religion, whereupon it begins to occupy the unassailable position of religious dogma.

That's why Progressivism attacks and destroys Christianity—so it can substitute itself in its place. Feminism / cultural Marxism / pleasure today at the expense of tomorrow—it becomes the new religion.

Maybe Christianity's day has passed, perhaps Christianity isn't the solution, but people need something to believe in.

[–]Endorsed ContributorBluepillProfessor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Red Pill Knighting is wearisome and dangerous business. Carry on warrior.

[–]Chaohinon 8 points9 points  (2 children)

I'm probably a bit of an outlier in this sub in being a generally left-leaning atheist, but it's funny when you look at the parallels between hyper-evangelical religious folks and modern day feminism. Both have a similar, "don't confuse me with the facts" approach to things, and both are quick to reach for the guns of the state when they don't get their way.

I know a woman who is high powered sales executive, 500k+/yr. can't be around her b/c she is constantly:

  • lying, either explicitly or subtly. she used to be more pathological, has since relented and only brings out her crazy shit for when you really piss her off/not let her do what she wants to do

  • manipulative

  • machiavellian

  • asking for "help" by making excuses, "Hey Mojo_juju, I need you do to ABC because I have to go do XYZ." (The solution here is always reflecting it back, "Actually i can't do ABC, but I [just forgot I] have to go do DEF."

How did she get to her high level sales position? Natural Machiavellian tendencies, plus higher than average T, in my opinion (hence her aggressiveness), and higher than average intelligence.

[–]Newdist2 14 points15 points  (1 child)

To be fair, she sound like a male $500k/year sales exec.

"sexual assault by deception "

"theft by deception"

Lock up every gold digger in a push up bra?

This story reminds me of all of those episodes of MTV's catfish, where these chumps send thousands of dollars to their long distance princesses just for the show to hunt these women down and realize they are 350 pound sea otters.

[–]WeAreGlidingNow 20 points20 points [recovered]

I must add one more thought: this is such a can of worms. I've heard that some US universities are adding 'fraud' into their own definition of rape/assault. One university (can't remember which) went so far as to say the reason for sex must be mutually agreed upon. Really? Consider a girl who just went through a break-up, and wants to go out and have fun (one-night stand), but meets a guy who's looking for a serious girlfriend. How does this story end?

[–]bustanutmeow 5 points6 points  (7 children)

You have to have a source for a statement like that.

[–]WeAreGlidingNow 11 points11 points [recovered]

Looking for the source; can't find it. It was part of the "Yes Means Yes" campaign (which, by itself is interesting; Google it if you don't know). I think this was a UC school. Searching for it. It was a critical opinion piece, saying the school's policies were 1) unenforceable(?) and 2) opened the door for any woman to cry 'rape', even days later, if she feels a man misled her before or during any consensual sexual contact.

EDIT: I can't find the paper I read a few weeks ago. But it was something like this. The idea is that sex is a "contractual event" (their words), so fraud and deception can be legally applied.

[–]bustanutmeow 8 points9 points  (5 children)

I understand the sentiment, I agree with the fact this bullshit needs to stop, But you need to back a claim like that with facts, We do get idiots in here, If there isn't any facts demonstrated right there, we are no better then the listen and believe crowd.

[–]WeAreGlidingNow 9 points9 points [recovered]

I'll keep looking. I know I read it somewhere.

[–]Cronyx 9 points10 points  (3 children)

[–]readitreddit0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you made a good point, but some girls go through all of that and still look like shit even though they're trying really hard to look sexy. at least this offers hope to some girls. some girls do this and it looks crazy and they look fine beforehand but they're so insecure that they feel they need to look fake for someone to like them (which works).

the problem is not the girls: it's the guys that go for these types of girls. they have a lot of advice online about how guys like girls that look more natural but the guy will always go for the girl that looks fake because that's what they think is natural.

Rape by deception is a crime in which the perpetrator has the victim's sexual consent and compliance, but gains it through deception or fraudulent statements or actions.

Israel[edit] In 2010, a conviction of rape by deception drew international attention when it was first reported that a man deceived a woman into consensual sex within ten minutes of their first meeting by lying by omission about being Jewish and unmarried.

[–]Endorsed Contributorvandaalen 42 points43 points  (7 children)

a man deceived a woman into consensual sex within ten minutes of their first meeting

Oh God! My sides! Shame on that dude for raping that sweet innocent little gurl.

Ten fucking minutes. That's just about enough time for a conversation like:

"Hey. Wanna fuck?"

"Maybe. Are you Christian, Muslim or married?"

"K. Let's go."

[–]through_a_ways 28 points29 points  (6 children)

"Hey. Wanna fuck?"

"Maybe. Are you Christian, Muslim or married?"

According to the original story, he didn't even lie. He simply didn't proactively tell her that he was Muslim.

It would be akin to a guy over here not telling his ONS that he was 1/32 African, and her accusing him of rape when she found out.

I wonder which side would win in that hypothetical event, though. I love "intersectionality" (which is code for "the oppressed oppress themselves")

[–][deleted] 22 points23 points  (5 children)

Feminists are literally advocating for the government to treat women like children. But they still want to be CEO's and have all the responsibilities of a man.

[–][deleted] 58 points59 points  (2 children)

It's been said a million times. They want all the power, and none of the responsibility.

[–]R4F1 24 points25 points  (1 child)

In other words, they were raised as Disney princesses, now they want to be Disney princesses. Dreams do come true!

[–]MrMontage 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I never thought about it but the princess thing is exactly that: power without responsibility.

[–]bloodshot_eyes 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Nah, they don't want the responsibilities of a man. They want all the perks of being a man.

It's similar to how people react to hearing that the Google is an amazing place to work at, with pets, exercise equipment, in-house barbers, blah blah blah. They look at that and say "Why do google employees get all those awesome perks!? I want the same thing at my 9-5, admin assistant job at a mediocre municipal office." But what they don't say is "Oh man, I should become one of the world's best programmers to obtain those perks!".

Ultimate authority derives from ultimate responsibility, and in order to make that desirable you throw in a few perks and privileges along the way.

Women want to unbalance the equation. They want all of one, and none of the other. They want the authority and the perks & privileges, but, in typical female plausible-deniability hamster world, the right to shrug off the responsibility on to others. This, more than any other factor, is the fundamental source of the lack of respect for women in today's world.

Okay. So when a woman says, "You are the father of this child." And lies to a man about being the father of a child. And that man spends the next 18 years raising a child that is not his, will the woman go to jail?

When a woman lies about rape charges. Will she go to jail?

[–]BlackHeart89 10 points11 points  (3 children)

I find it incredibly hard to believe these women weren't all dumb af or willfully ignorant. I'm sure there had to be massive red flags.

Also, we (men) would all be living in hell the moment that bill is passed.

EDIT: And I'm sure there will be some ridiculous double standard. She can deceive us in every way possible and receive a pat on the wrist. The moment we exaggerate about our income or profession, BOOM. You're a rapist; Further pushing the whole rape scare issue.

[–]Roshambo_USMC 5 points6 points  (0 children)

[–]1cover20 1 point2 points  (1 child)

In Alabama there is a double standard. A man cannot lie to get sex, but that law does not apply to women.

In no other state, apparently, is there such a double standard.

I thought Alabama was one of the better states, until I learned this.

[–]BlackHeart89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh shit. Well maybe this crazy shit isn't as far-fetched as I thought. Thats scary...

[–]SquattingOats 11 points12 points  (1 child)

She met him online while her marriage was 'falling apart'. Soooo she was still married when she got with the secret agent? Amazing.

[–]1cover20 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That's why she doesn't want to prosecute people who slip their wedding bands off. Because she did that.

Women are so fucking amoral.

[–]RPthrowaway123 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I wonder if we could pass a law saying men could divorce on the grounds they were duped into marriage by the promise of sex? No? Then she can go fuck herself.

[–]putsch80 9 points10 points  (7 children)

This would almost certainly never withstand constitutional scrutiny in the U.S. Recall in 2005 the US Congress passed the "Stolen Valor Act" which broadened previous provisions addressing the unauthorized wear, manufacture, or sale of any military decorations and medals by making it a misdemeanor to falsely represent oneself as having received any U.S. military decoration or medals.

Someone sued saying the act violated first amendment free speech protections. The government defended the act saying lying is not a form of speech protected by the first amendment. The US Supreme Court disagreed with the government and ruled the act unconstitutional. In their reasoning, the court stated:

"Our prior decisions have not confronted a measure, like the Stolen Valor Act, that targets falsity and nothing more. . . . The Government has not demonstrated that false statements generally should constitute a new category of unprotected speech..."

And for the record, it was a 6-3 vote, and the three conservative judges are the ones who voted to uphold the law. I don't see them siding with a law that prevents men from lying to women.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points  (5 children)

that targets falsity and nothing more

Do you suppose that the Supreme Court would give weight to an argument than a law that prohibited lying to women in order to protect women from predatory males was Constitutional?

[–]putsch80 2 points3 points  (3 children)

I don't believe so. I can also guarantee you that if it was written to apply only to the lies told by men (not by women), it would also not survive a constitutional challenge. Laws generally have to apply equally to genders absent the existence of some compelling basis to allow the contrary. Given that women can and do lie to men (partner count, exclusivity, age, etc.) to initiate sex with those men, there wouldn't be a basis to make the law apply to men only.

Basically, this is what happens when feminists try to let their hamster start running loose in the legal system; their crazy ideas run into the constitution and have a tough time overcoming with 200+ years of logic and precedent.

Now, if you are in the UK or elsewhere in Western Europe where there is no constitution beyond that which rests at the whims of whatever coalition is in control at the moment, you might be fucked. But on US soil there is a better than 99% chance that a law like this will never take root.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points  (1 child)

I can also guarantee you that if it was written to apply only to the lies told by men (not by women), it would also not survive a constitutional challenge.

The way the law is written is one thing, the way the law is interpreted and enforced is another. No prosecutor is going to be pressing charges against the dumpling in the article for wearing makeup to cover up her crows' feet, for instance, but they might well see the value in pressing charges against the male in the article, because it's clear that he isn't a nice person.

[–]Newdist2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The way the law is written is one thing, the way the law is interpreted and enforced is another.

See: Alimony. Child custody. Child support. Child support non-payment enforcement. Domestic violence. Teachers having sex with kids.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally everything these feminists concoct is against the 14th amendment in its heart and soul. It simply is not providing equal protection under the law. And if ANYONE here gets charged with some of this shit, you take it up as high as it can go, to the Supreme Court.

[–]Squeezymypenisy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They wouldn't. They would say its overbreadth and too overbearing which would make it unenforceable.

[–]Newdist2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This would almost certainly never withstand constitutional scrutiny in the U.S.

The Constitution is whatever five out of nine judges say it is. We are one heart attack away from the second amendment being rendered meaningless.

[–]Shai_Huluds_asshole 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This guy has so much game he got women to pay him to fuck them.

[–][deleted] 8 points9 points  (2 children)

I would hate to be an actual secret agent if lying about your job to a woman ever becomes illegal.

[–]1cover20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is such a clever and incisive point.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Holy shit, how could you be in the CIA? You're SUPPOSED to lie about your job then.

[–]Senior Contributorexit_sandman 14 points15 points  (0 children)

This proves a point that women love danger and excitement;

This proves that there are gullible idiots out there who will buy anything. If you think the average human is stupid, remember that half of them are even dumber.

When I read stuff like that, I wonder why I still try to reason with people instead of making up some outrageous bullshit claim and see whether they roll with it or not.

[–]webex3 7 points7 points [recovered]

The thing that Women fail to realize is that these types of laws can be used on them as well. I can't wait for them to start prosecuting women for lying about their age, weight, breast size etc. This law is so ridiculous, why do women always feel they need "protection" from things? How about you just not be an idiot, and don't pay for a "security clearance" to talk to some random dude on a dating site.

[–]GregariousWolf 7 points8 points  (0 children)

This law is so ridiculous, why do women always feel they need "protection" from things?

The government has supplanted the husband in the role of protector and provider.

[–][deleted] 5 points6 points  (1 child)

And of course this new law would only be applied to men, right?

[–]1cover20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

According to an earlier thread on some feminist website, Alabama has such a law, and it applies only to men. No other states have such a law, much to the chagrin of the feminists who were applauding Alabama.

[–]Subtletorious 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The lesson to learn from this is how highly women view externalities like occupation and social status as important measures of a man. Take this as a learning moment and not an excuse to pointlessly complain about double standards.

[–]CrimsonDeep 4 points5 points  (0 children)

. He had thirteen kids in total with six different women. This proves a point that women love danger and excitement.

This guy is capitalizing in a way that makes me want his skills, but not at the costs of those dependents

[–]PlainEminem 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Finally I can sue a woman for using a push up bra. Those fucking lies make me feel violated.

[–]BodySnag 5 points6 points  (1 child)

States she started the affair "as her marriage was falling apart". So, basically, while still married, she was looking for a dangerous, exciting guy to have an affair with... aaand she's looking for legal protection from... deception. Waaa?

[–]1cover20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah the gold is at the end where she says of course she wouldn't want to prosecute people who slip off their wedding ring and pretend to be single.

Because that's the fraud she committed!

[–][deleted] 9 points10 points  (1 child)

There was this really interesting case in china where

""A man sues his ex-wife for giving birth to what he called "an extremely ugly baby girl"

The man filed suit on the grounds of false pretenses. He claimed his ex duped him for failing to mention she had $100,000 worth of cosmetic work done.

He initially believed his wife cheated on him since the child looked nothing like them, but DNA tests proved it was theirs.

A judge agreed with his argument. The ex-wife now has to pay $120,000"

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe this precedent could apply here. It's the SAME logic, just...ITS JUDGEMENT GOES AGAINST WOMYN!! OMG!!

[–]the_red_scimitar 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Why not. And all women should be required to have a list of all people with whom any kind of flirtatious and/or sexual contact has ever been made, along with names, dates, and exact details of the contact.

[–]OKJaded 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm all for transparency. However it needs to go both ways. Show me the HoFacts!

[–]TekkomanKingz 9 points10 points  (0 children)

She looks like a fucking porky pig get the fuck outta here with that!

[–]1mojo_juju 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wow. Changing the definition of rape AGAIN.

the article's title is "'I Wanted Justice': Con Victim Turns Focus to Changing Rape Law" --> FTFY

look at this bullshits, lolz

"After learning the man she loved was an international con man with a roster of ex-wives and children, New Jersey nurse Mischele Lewis did all she could—including launching her own sting operation—to put him in jail. It worked. Lewis' former fiancé pleaded guilty to scamming her, and faces three years in prison when he's sentenced next month.

"But Lewis doesn't think that's enough. She wanted him prosecuted for a sex crime, based on the controversial legal theory that his scam amounted to sexual assault. That approach didn't hold up in court, so she's taken her quest to the state capital, where she's teamed up with a local lawmaker to try to make New Jersey one of the few places to make it illegal to dupe someone into having sex. "

"That mission has thrown her into a heated, decades-old debate over the evolution of rape law and what it means to have sex without consent. If she succeeds, and New Jersey passes a law putting "sex assault by deception" in the criminal code, it could be a watershed for advocates who believe America needs to do more to protect victims who feel they've been sexually violated."

"But critics argue that such a law could spark a legal free-for-all in which age-old seduction strategies—the traveling salesman slipping off his wedding ring for a night of skirt-chasing, the broke bachelor boasting of false riches to woo a date—become potential felonies. "

American women are so purposeless that this is the type of shit they do with their lives. Embarass themselves publically as sluts and call for special little laws that protect gullible dumbasses like themselves... instead of doing the intelligent thing: learning about and adapting to the world of 7 billion people around you...

Maybe if she got out of her sheltered white suburb once in a while, she'd experience a bit of humanity and its many behaviors, including scamming and manipulation, and be a little better prepared to deal with it. Clearly she is sheltered and gullible?

Once you get laid with this strategy, its pump and dump anyway. But chub chub here thought she scored a secret agent man... got totally tricked via her gullibility, stupidity, and slutiness, and is still dwelling on her own embarassment... somehow publicizing it will help? clearly a smart lady...

[–]Killigraphy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know whats worse, the grenade that wants to redefine the word rape, or the fact that he did all that, fuck and marry a grenade. Either way, the guy is aces in my book...for the tactic, he's an idiot for leaving his fucking wallet in the open; with his fucking real ID in it...

Motherfuck orchestrated all that, and couldn't get a fake ID made? C'mon son.

[–]FortunateBum 2 points3 points  (1 child)

This story just further reinforces my opinion.

Women trade sex for resources. Women feel they've been "raped" if they feel they haven't gotten enough value in the trade.

"Consent" really has nothing to do with it.

Be careful out there, gents.

[–]readitreddit0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yes, willingly having sex with a poor, ugly, fat, and short man is the equivalent of being raped by an average guy. apparently, rich guys dont really have the capacity to rape. only if they don't pay up or the girl wants to get famous, it's a rape.

[–]santino314 9 points10 points  (1 child)

And of course she got an abortion, life is completely disposable to these women.

[–]mickydonavan417 4 points5 points  (0 children)

of course. Murdering a baby is nothing to heartless devils.

[–]rideweedsmokebikes 1 point2 points  (1 child)

You have to be an idiot to believe that shit he was spewing. Still interesting.

[–]Affengeil 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"The bigger the lie, the more people will believe it."

For once, Josef Goebbels got something right.

[–]dicklord_airplane 1 point2 points  (1 child)

i see people clamoring for these laws every now and then, and the mainstream feminist response is always a quiet, fearful rejection of the proposed laws. why? because they lie and deceive in their relationships all the time as well. these laws will never pass because then it would be illegal for women to lie about their age, their sexual history, or to lie about being on birth control.

[–]Transmigratory 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Feminist America already has this bullshit called rape by deception. So much for teaching people to use common sense.

Seriously, secret agent... she bought that bull?

[–]alritealritealrite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well I want women to stop wearing make up.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe we should have a law prohibiting women from lying during their marriage vows.

[–]thereddespair 1 point2 points  (1 child)

Can a man sue a woman then if she lied about her past as well? lol

[–]1cover20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, she must reveal her N-count truthfully or else it's rape.

That would be very interesting.

[–]LuciusExitius 1 point2 points  (1 child)

She actually did him a service by getting an abortion. If she didn't he would be paying her for life.

[–]1cover20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe that's really got her hacked off, she realizes that now. Who knows what bitter half-thoughts are bubbling up in that unattractive head?

[–]1cover20 1 point2 points  (0 children)

"We're not trying to get anyone who takes their wedding band off and goes to a bar prosecuted," she said. "Just egregious offenders like William Jordan. The con people."

Let's see, she doesn't want to prosecute people who cheat on their spouses. But she does want to prosecute people with criminal records who don't reveal them. Or people who lie about their jobs / income / alpha status career wise / provider potential.

But surely not women who lie about their smell, or their breast firmness or size, or cover their facial skin up with makeup.

Good luck getting that written into law.

[–]C00l_Guy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Please pass a law protecting people from being a poor judge of character

[–]Forty_Deuce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Om that case, I've been sexually violated plenty of times. Do you know how many times I woke up next to some club chick, and she looked nothing like she did the night before when all her makeup came off. Or how many had push up bras that made their B cups look like impressive C cups? The majority of products out there for woman are all about deception. Black women spend thousands of dollars on weave to have hair that looks like a white woman's.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All in new Jersey. The entire cast of the jersey shore will be locked up if this passes

[–]JohnnyLawman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, its kind of like 'theft by deception.' http://www.lrc.ky.gov/statutes/statute.aspx?id=19805

Just saw the link from a video thread where a guy lied about winning an oscar and got free shit because of it.

Not a strong case, but why I said, "kinda."

[–]T_H_E_T_R_U_T_H 0 points1 point  (1 child)

True Lies! Haha, it actually works.

[–]Killigraphy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yo, I was thinking the same thing. Here's the kicker, reality beat fiction...not only did he smash, he got her to marry him. That guy is Aces in my book...for the tactic, not the Grenade he ended up with.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

In this particular scenario, I am blaming both parties. There is no reason to believe someone is going to out-right TELL you they are "secret" agent of ANY type and to believe them up front if just wishful thinking on their part. Needless to say, obviously they saw a chance to have that "secret agent" lifestyle and wanted to be apart of it.

On the other hand, 13 kids is a little much. At some point you learn to wrap that shit up! And as many of the legit crimes he committed (fraud, being the biggest), having sex is not one of them. He didn't force her to open her legs, and had this been a few decades back, then sex before marriage would have been looked down upon anyway.

Attempting to get a LAW that essentially would backfire on women everywhere, rape laws not withstanding, would be an extremely detrimental to humanity as a whole. It would essentially trigger to the point of statewide hamstering of "its okay because he lied and thats illegal".

[–]1cover20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The man's biological imperative is to have as many kids as possible. As an old stable married guy, I sort of wish I'd spread my seed a bit more irresponsibly.

I have a friend with 8 kids by various women who asked me why I didn't do likewise. Like, why did I miss such an obvious opportunity?

[–]Gstreetshit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True Lies the movie IRL.

The psychology of women is a truly amazing thing.

[–]1 Endorsed Contributormordanus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would be for a law like this if it applied both ways. No more makeup for women. No more stuffing their bras or wearing heals or surgery to make themselves look better. No cosmetics of any kind and let women seek validation by their personality alone. Ask for that in the law and watch it get swat down in record time. Women aren't against lying. They are against getting lied to. Women will always seek the upper hand and don't have the presence of mind to wonder if what they are doing is fair and that is why so few of them should be in any politics of any kind.

[–]_orion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not my fault when girls believe I'm Jason Aldean or a pro-dirt bike racing/snowboarding astronaut.

[–]Monster__Rain 0 points1 point  (2 children)

The secret agent angle is great because it shows how childlike and retarded women are. Secret agent?! It's the kind of lie that a 3rd grade boy would make up. Reminds me of my friend's brother, who is 6'8". He got laid by telling women he was in the NBA. All they would have had to do is look up his name and see if he was telling the truth or not.

[–]1cover20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They would only have time for that after sex. :)

Isn't being that tall rare enough that a large percentage of those guys are in the NBA anyway?

[–]Forty_Deuce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is unfair to say all woman are childlike and retarded just because this woman was dumb as fuck. Granted, women do some dumb shit, but this is right up there with Nigerian scammers. Some people are just stupid, and they deserve to be taken advantage of if they allow it.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Women realise that the only thing they have to offer a male is their pussy that's it. So make it as difficult as possible to get

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are stupid women. They weren't raped, rape is when somebody knocks out your teeth in a back alley and spurts their blood flecked AIDS ridden cum onto your ruptured eyeball. What these women experienced was the consequence of being stupid.
