So - Ian, a question, if you will. I've been trying to become more red pill, if not more alpha in dealing with my wife, and she's been responsive. But it's all mystery to her. She just knows I'm changing.

My biggest problem? She's gained 80 pounds since we got married.

Don't get me wrong: I knew she was going to get older. Gravity was going to set in. It's unreasonable to expect your 19-year-old girlfriend to stay a 19-year-old hottie forever. I knew when I proposed that both of our bodies were going to change. But I deliberately selected a slender girlfriend, expecting her to gain 20 - 30 pounds as we approached fifty together. But I did NOT sign on to be married to a 240 pound land-whale.

Everything else is great. We don't have children (neither of us wanted any). We go where I want on vacation. We go out where I want to eat. We spend our money on what I decide (in general. She gets input, but I make the final decisions.)

I'm on track organize my life in a red pill manner. I'm currently nine weeks into a program to tranform myself. I've run over sixty miles in the past two months and have moved a couple of tons of iron, and the results are starting to show on me, but how do I motivate her to get back into shape?

I'm not above playing some Dread game, but I don't actually WANT to replace her with a thirty-something MILF. I want her to BE a forty-something MILF.

Second that. I kinda wish Shark were made more legitimate as well as available. Seems like he just wanted to make a quick buck, and found one of the easiest ways to do so: pander to the emotional nature of men, and display oneself as an authority. His advice and insight was often profound & inspiring, however ambiguous. His mysterious disappearance kinda lends credence to the notion that most "game" advice is just "pua's" scamming people into buying e-books. But I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, as he certainly left an impact on me.
