So at work we had xmas party organised in Casino..

I had this Hugo Boss blazer I bought some time ago but didn't get to wear it.. Wore it..

So after xmas party we went to a club, was at the bar talking to my colleagues, everyone knows that I have a gf.. Actually this is quite wrong, most of 7+/10 Russian girls, and girls from East Europe are quite hard and due to low economy they mostly look for guys with money.

Many East European girls, esp from Baltic states have model look, they are quite skinny and usually tall.

I have been living/travelling through EU and I know the difference.

E.g. like UK, Germany, Norway, Denmark.. girls dont really go for the money, and would seek other things in guys.

Whereas East Europe like Baltic states, they would seek guys with money/status, and wouldnt necessarily be easy even if you have money, they would play smart and act that they are hard to get to get even more lol

I like that they are intelligent but they are far too calculating and dispassionate. I recently spent some years in Ukraine and thereabouts and then Colombia was a breath of fresh air because the girls would lead with their pussies. I don't think that its one-to-one relates to money since many countries of EE are quite poor. It seems that in Colombia that if a woman likes me that she is just of the mentality that she needs to get me onto her pussy hook ASAP because any other woman is thinking the same thing and so holding out for something more is too dangerous. Also maybe they are just hotter blooded, hornier and more impulsive. In the ex-USSR so many people will think about doing something before thinking about doing it and they are just stuck in their heads. I liked both though and I'll return to both places. I don't know about that but I think that the ex-USSR people are stuck in their heads to such an extreme level because they lived in an extremely paranoid tyranny and everyone was gossiping about the most trivial shit. I lived in a hostel in Odessa for $2/day with refugee types and I witnessed some extra ridiculous stuff. One guy was out of work but he took a fascination to every aspect of myself such as noticing if I didn't change my socks one day, if a shoe string was slightly not tied, my hair being a bit messy, my shaving patterns, etc. They are incredibly observant people because they have a mind for it and the interest is there. They think and observe forever before any sort of action and they are very risk adverse and the women much more so. They can't easily bounce back from bad decisions and they aren't good at generating real wealth and so they get stuck in this pattern of expecting failure, saying I told you so and also being jealous of others who do have success. During communism everyone was supposedly equal so if someone was doing really well then it was assumed that they stole something. If you were happy then you did something illicit or you are just stupid to be happy when things are not good. Then if you look too extra miserable then like a flock of birds they would talk shit about the person doing poorly. So everyone learned to calibrate their look to be extra gray and neutral. Also some regions seemed to have had it extra bad and mental health hospitals were used as political control. So people were incredibly fearful of appearing eccentric. Today that is just the past but probably still more than half of the population was born into communism and their old ways will follow them to the grave. This is more of just about an abnormal psychological condition of the ex-USSR people more than it is about any other place being some different kind of way.

So true, the first REAL time I had a run in with this was when I was a college freshman.

My fraternity brother had a father who was a Judge up in San Francisco. He had gotten us all (like 15 guys) a big table at Morton's for the night to have fun and show off his money.

my max is around 585 but i have to work on my core, last time i did it @ convenient with belt, it seemed like my core wasnt prepared. By core i mean abdomen/lower back..

also when i take pwo and attempt max or 90-95% my bp is too high lol, so i have to do it w/o PWO..

but deadlift is my favourite lift, i only started doing it a year ago seriously, and regret not doing it earlier for all the years i've been lifting...

i mean like taking two scoops of mr hyde and doing some heavy deadlifts is like best shit i ever experienced

Same here. Pulled 315 as a max back in March. Loved it so much I dedicated all my training to get a 900lb deadlift.

I’ve never taken 2 scoops of hyde though. Usually one makes me nauseous after 15-20min. 10min in I feel like a God though, and that’s ideally when I will go for a max. I have to take it after a few warmup sets or else I’ll get bloated, feel like puking when I hold my breath, and I can’t fit my belt the way I like to lol.

well 900 lb seems like a pharma level, unless you have really good genetics and a lot of time/dedication for it :D

I mean I started deadlifting in "Base bodies" gym and they have a lot of good powerlifters, some had around 900 lb natty dlift PB, but they looked like beasts..

yeah mr hyde is some strong shit :D i only took 2 scoops few times and my caffeine tolerance was really high at the time, as i drank a lot of coffee and on the days when i took 2 scoops i just didnt drink any coffee so it was fine..

yeah i do a lot of warmup sets too but with pwo im srsly blacking out, im carrying some smelling salts just in case

I already started juicing a few weeks ago. I’n set on a 900 pull and 600 bench. Best natty lifts were 605 deadlift and 360 bench all within 9 months of training so I think I’ve got the genetics to at least give it a good shot. 900lb deadlift isn’t possible naturally, sorry to break it to you. If you want to get a good idea of the natural strength limits look up Steve Shaw. You will not reach that kind of strength unless you bulked to 345+, and even then you will still be quite a bit weaker than a lot of 220lb guys on the sauce.

For the black out thing I have something you might want to try. It’s broscience but it works for me. If you’re blacking out it’s from lack of blood flow to the brain. My theory is that if your neck is tight, you’re even more likely to cut off blood flow because deadlifts definitely make you strain your neck; Pete Rubish lol. Try stretching your entire neck before heavy pulls, it has helped me A LOT.

well some people i met in australia did 900 lb deadlift natty, full equipment, but they were some rough guys...

e.g look up "godlystrong" natty powerlifter, but he is literally godly strong :D

yea might be due to that, i also had slipped disk which restricted some blood flow, but it is fine now...

but i noticed it only happens when i am on preworkout, and i guess it is due to high BP..

for me lockout is not that hard, so i could do more than 600 it's just fear of busting my gut lol, so im working on core strenghtening

Not trying to take anything away from that guy, but he is sure as fuck not natural lol. His deadlift is on par with Eric Lilliebridge’s. Dude’s a fucking freak, but I guarantee you he is not natty. There will always be a disparity. Competing at THAT level, a natural guy will have no chance at giving the best enhanced lifters a run for their money.

I JUST hit the 1000lb club with push/pull (bench and deadlift only). I hit the overall 1000lb club after 4ish months of serious strength training.

No offense, but that’s a pretty weak max deadlift, even for a beginner. What do you weigh? Because of that I’m going to assume you don’t have a solid strength base built up. I always tell newer guys and people who are deadlifting under 500 the same thing George Leeman tells his clients. Linear progression will take you SO far when you haven’t built up a strong base.

So for you, if 160 is your max, you want to pick a weight you can do 20 reps with, for most people that’s around 40-50%. Deadlift twice a week. Work up to at least 1 single within 10% of your max every deadlift session. After you pull the heavy single drop the weight and do a set of 20, and then from every session onward increase the weight by 10lbs.

Because of how weak you are now, you will progress VERY fast using this method. Just keep adding weight until you can’t get 20 reps. Then drop down to 16 reps and do the same thing. When you can’t do 16 reps with the next weight drop it down to 12 reps and so on. You can easily reach a 405 deadlift within 4-6 months if you weigh 180+. Use the same method for bench and squat.

Work up to a heavy single every session; since you’re not strong yet you can grind out one rep maxes very frequently. A 160lb deadlift max for you, even though it may be just as hard, is nowhere near as taxing as me doing a 615+ pull. It’s great for building your CNS anyways. Will drastically increase your work capacity, the more you can work without burning out, the faster you will progress. For a 180lb guy though, 1000lb total should be achievable within a year.

I’ve never done either of those programs. I just bench, deadlift, and train my legs and shoulders hard. Rarely train my biceps, but I do destroy my triceps. My arms are 19” with a full pump. As long as you are benching, overhead pressing and training traps, delts, and triceps hard you will not have a lagging upper body.

With first question, eye contact is quite important for cold approaching or getting girls interested in to you, or test the waters and see if they are interested in to you or not. You can improve it by making eye contact with strangers outside, for example I used to have really poor eye contact, I would usually turn away when someone looked back at me.. then I decided to improve it.

And when it got stronger I realised how powerful it is.. like one example of how you can do it.. try to get the moment when girl will notice you, look at her and when she looks at you smile, or just check her out..

If she is interested in to you she will check you out later, and that way you will know that she is in in to you, also you will have some sort of contact and approaching will be easier..

Few times it happened with me like you see it in movies.. like one time I was socialising with my friends at the pub, and there was another group of people, I noticed one girl looking at me so I made sure she noticed that I checked her out as well, and we basically looked at each other few more times over time, then I went to a bar to get a round and she went to buy something as well, we just looked at each other and smiled, I already knew that she is interested, so we had some more eye contact, and later I decided to test the waters and showed her a pack of cigarettes and looked at her like if she wants to go and smoke one, she nodded and I went outside so did she.. we chatted, but then her friends came out and few girls were jealous of her or something and they were luring her back in and shit, and one girl started calling everyone to go to a different place and did all kinds of things to disrupt us..

Tl;dr I got her number, we went on few dates later and banged and also dated for few months

And for second question, look wise of course, personality wise might not be yet..

Because you wouldn’t experience certain things yet and wouldn’t know how to react.. e.g eye contact, tone of voice, knowing what you can and can’t say to certain girls. Jokes girls like, how to move to another step e.g approaching, escalating to a kiss, getting her home and banging..

Also it depends on your goals, like if you look for girls to date or one night stands..

But I guess it also depends on where you live.. e.g I lived in Russia/Baltic states for most of my life, girls there have same mentality and basically they have the idea that a guy should chase a girl and prove that he is the one before she even kisses him - so from that you can extract two points

But as I said it is different in different parts of the world.. like I have friends living in Germany and some of them are in to dating girls regularly, and it seems like getting a girl to your home on a first date is nothing major, they don’t really mind and often come on a first date..

Like in Russia, 9/10 girls will never go to your place on a first date..

But one tip I can give for personality, just don’t take things seriously and put a bit of selfishness when it comes to dating..

Don't get me wrong, I didn't mean that the girl approaching you and making initial effort was out of the norm - I just think all the effort she made after being rejected (buying you a drink, sticking around and being persistent) is not common for a true 9.

First of all these girls are uncommon, and if they're true 9s they're constantly receiving attention from men so they have well inflated egos. I can't imagine them sticking around if they put themselves out there to a guy and he rejects them. They'd probably just move on to the next guy they find attractive. Rejection causes ego death and loss of relative social status.

The ego creates an unsustainable self image, and tries to protect that self image by avoiding or making that image immune to situations that would put pressure on it. It's an extremely fragile construct and one that doesn't help you at all in life.

By changing our perspective, we can filter out fake rejection from real rejection, which is very rare.

What you did to that chick was not real rejection. It was a form of self preservation, which you later justified through backwards rationalization. Instead of being offputting and douchey, you could befriend her, get access to cool shit she has going on in her life. Hell, even throw her onto one of your single friends. You don't have to fuck her. Girls are very grateful to meet and network with cool guys. The way you handled that situation was lose-lose. You can take a lesson from it, or you can take this criticism personally and attempt another useless verbal attack on me.

In most cases the rejection has little to nothing to do with you. A hot girl has so many guys approaching her on a night out that you're just the next idiot of the night in her mind. Sometimes she alots you a small window to show your personality, sometimes she gives you nothing. Maybe she has to go meet her friends or go to the bathroom when you stop her. Maybe she is taken. Who knows.

There are too many external factors at play for the rejection to be personal. That's not her rejecting "you," it's her just not giving a fuck.

A true rejection is rare and usually just sounds like, "you're not my type, have a nice night." If you're oblivious to this and keep pushing you may get a "fuck off, dude." Considering you're not good for eachother, nothing bad comes from it. It's not a personal attack, though if you've got an unsustainable, bloated self image of an absolute pimp it can hurt.

The fact is this: we're not meant to be with every girl. There are some girls who we have strong emotional, mental, and physical chemistry with, and some girls who we feel nothing with. This comes down to personality types, not looks. Sometimes you meet a stunning girl but you find her personality to be toxic. Sometimes it is the opposite. The same happens with girls when they meet guys, but girls are usually much more experienced socially than most men, so they can peg our blueprint / archetype more easily than we can theirs when we are new to approaching.

Ultimately, in any kind of relationship, romantic or platonic, what's most important is how we feel when we are around that person.

Yeah I used to be fat when I was younger I know that people look weird at you and some avoid contact :D

I was fat probably from 10 to 15 years, and I remember when I was 15 and lost some weight I tried to get a girl from online and she rejected me when we met :D then I gained some motivation, started losing weight and improved my looks, and finally got my first gf when I was 16, and then the pickup game started after we broke up and I gained some confidence..

I think it depends on your genetics e.g some guys look better when overweight, also depends on your height and weight.. e.g if you are like 5’8 260 lb or around it then while you are losing weight, you can maintain good haircut, maintain good or no facial hair, depending how you look.. try to find suitable clothes and then you can try.. if you don’t have much experience and confidence then cold approach on random girls might be hard :D

So while you are losing weight, I can suggest approaching girls you know already, socialise more if you can, take some classes if you have any around, that way you will meet new people without even approaching them and will have more opportunities to get girls..
