The professions on the first list are about leading and influencing people. Either directly forcing people or talking people into doing something.
The professions on the second list are about helping people and having sympathy.
Both lists have social, non-technical jobs.

Nonsense. A CEO requires better tuned empathy than a nurse.
You know this is propaganda since "politician" isn't at the top of the psycho list

politic is the definition of sociopathy. then again sociopathy and psychopathy are often conflated.

Empathy meaning they'd be forced to feel as others do. That's crap for anyone that needs to fire others. Much better is to coolly understand others such that you can make them move to your design.

Surgeon is someone to be glad is a bit of a psychopath - you need a confident dude (or gal) cutting into you, not someone who's going to worry too much about it.
On the other hand, police and clergy stacked 7 and 8 on the list? The exact people you'd hope aren't psychopaths. Maybe both of those "professions" need to be shut down. Along with media shitheads, and politicians.
Relevant: the episode of This American Life about the psychopaths all around us.
