I know that my opinion that we should be waiting for marriage is not the popular opinion on this sub, and I accept that. But all data that has ever been collected on the topic sides with me. I'm not the one denying and ignoring the statistics when I say that promiscuity is short term gain, long term loss, it's ya'll who don't like this data.

That being said, this sub has lots and lots of good information, and I've received lots of great advice from this thread alone, and I appreciate that. I don't think that we have to agree with 100% of what this community claims to get positive and meaningful knowledge out of it. I don't agree with you on sex and neither does any science that you'll ever read on the topic, but I likely still respect the vast majority of your opinions and knowledge.

Oh, and you're right, this country is fucked, but the decline probably won't happen the way you envision it. I think within the next 20 years, we will see revolution and secession, not sure if it will be peaceful or not, but that's what I think. We will likely divide into communists and capitalists, the same way Korea did. Hopefully we can pull it off without a giant war. I want to live with the capitalists, and I want to have a family, and I want to be able to look my kid in the eye and tell them honestly that I didn't cave in to promiscuity, and neither should they and give them the reasons why.
