A woman has been making alts and posts asking questions about RPW for a book she is writing. Most of these questions are phrased in a way that indicates that she is going to write a smear book on us. Recently we have learned that she is now PMing a lot of RPW asking those same questions. Unless you want to be in her smear book about us, I would highly suggest that you not only ignore her questions, but also mod mail the mods and give us her newest user name so that we can ban her (again and again). Please don't feed the trolls :)

[edit: one of the books already written by one of the people PMing RPW is titled: Real Women Don’t Do Housework: A Step by Step Guide to Becoming a Female Head of Household. If you speak to this woman not only will she be PROFITING off of your words, but she will skew it to her agenda]

I don't need to look down on anyone. Who's generalizing again???

Reddit users are kind of self-important. Reddit fosters this culture. You write something, and a whole bunch of people give you points when they agree with what you said. Which makes you want to deliberately write stuff you think people will agree with sometimes at the complete expense of logic, then constantly refresh your user screen every five seconds and watch yourself get points. Those points mean that people like you, listen to your opinions, and that you’re important.

So when a Reddit user thinks an issue is big and monumental, that Reddit user doesn’t understand that Reddit is this tiny, tiny little corner of the Internet, and that the Internet is a tiny, tiny slice of the real world, and therefore, this big issue of theirs is entirely insignificant. Reddit users genuinely believe that The Red Pill is some kind of massive, dangerous movement that absolutely must be confronted and stopped.

They genuinely think that Red Pill advocates, or anyone for that matter, actually cares if they go “undercover” to “research” The Red Pill, so they can write some kind of defamatory book to warn the world about some small subreddit on this tiny corner of this small slice of the world that nobody except for their little circle of Internet buddies cares about or has even heard about. They genuinely believe they, and this issue they’ve undertaken to confront, are so important, and that they can change hearts and minds in the crusade for social justice.

I got one of those. Ignored it and moved along.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

please forward her 'ID through mod mail so we can ban her

[–]TempestTcup4 points5 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Wow, that makes about 6 different RPW that I know of. Thanks for ignoring! She is becoming quite a pest!

[–]TempestTcup2 points3 points  (8 children) | Copy Link

Question: was it /u/blondeinthebleachers ? Just curious.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Nope. Someone else entirely. About to hit the modmail with the username.

[–]HappySnowGirl1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

I got one from her. Haven't been on reddit for a few days so only just saw it.

Lol. Writing a smear book. I can think of 100 more productive things that author can do with her life, things that actually advance society.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

Haven't gotten anything yet. Can't even imagine what she's asking..

[–]TempestTcup6 points7 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Things like:

Is the Red Pill strategy to encourage the man/husband to be the dominant partner in the relationship/marriage? Or is it about using feminine advantages to advance the interests of the woman/wife?

That is a pretty tame one, but most of her questions are loaded and leading of the "when did you quit beating your wife" variety.

RPW is concentrated on being the best woman possible without an agenda. It isn't about making the man "dominant" it is about letting your man be a man by supporting him, taking good care of him, and not being a shrew or harpy.

The thing we are absolutely NOT about is:

using feminine advantages to advance the interests of the woman/wife

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

I can see how these are loaded questions! Shame people can't leave us alone, but I suppose that's how the internet is.

[–]gabilromariz3 points4 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

You know you have too much time on your hands when you're set on writing a book about something you disagree with on reddit :)

[–]IllimitableMan4 points5 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

You should get her shadowbanned. Mods msg /r/reddit and tell them the situation they'll trace all her accounts by IP and put a stop to her bs.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (9 children) | Copy Link

Oooh like the how do you feel about the Beta/Alpha guys from earlier? I saw that and I thought that it looked like someone was doing research on the subject.

Thanks for the heads up.

[–]SaucyBanter2 points3 points  (8 children) | Copy Link

I think that was actually a TRP who didn't understand that women in happy relationships don't really notice other men in a romantic/sexual way. It's only women who are unhaaaaaappy who notice other men.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (7 children) | Copy Link

I got into a little argument with someone from trp commenting on something I said. It essentially boiled down to me saying my husband isn't big obsessed with sex and the other redditor said obviously my husband is beta and needs to lift.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (5 children) | Copy Link

Some people just don't have excessively high libidos. I wouldn't take it to offense.

[–]IllimitableMan1 point2 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

Testosterone defines sex drive.

Low testosterone man = low sex drive and the opposite is true.

The best cure for a man or woman with low sex drive is to lift as it'll increase T.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

When I say excessively high, I mean like insane. I have no idea of the exact amount of sex they have. He probably has an "average" sex drive (I'm estimating probably 3-4x weekly) while hers may be elevated (daily or beyond).

I know I have the higher libido than my SO, and he is by no means T-deficient (he is using Androgel because his numbers were slightly below average at one point), so it doesn't necessarily mean her husband has a strangely low sex drive.

If they're both okay with their sex life, I wouldn't sweat it on how their relationship works.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

I tried hard not to, but I cannot stand people undermining my marriage!

[–]IanIronwood4 points5 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

I wouldn't sweat it. As ZombieKitten said, different people have different libidos. If you and your husband are cool with your sex life, that's no one else's business. TRP isn't about making every man into a stud Alpha asshole, it's about allowing every man to pursue his interests and goals. I don't lift often, and I'm hardly a studmuffin, but Mrs. Ironwood seems satisfied. And she's the only judge that matters.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

This.

[–]Bea_Noemi2 points3 points  (2 children) | Copy Link

The user Koskakot sent me a message in my second language asking why I feel comfortable in RPW. She (?) has only been active for 2 days and her posts have been deleted and there were only 2 in RPW. In case she hits up anyone else.

[–]TempestTcup1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Thank you.

[–]tofeelforever1 point2 points  (7 children) | Copy Link

Just like every anti red pill post on reddit draws up more subscribers to /r/TheRedPill - this book if published will draw more people to our sub.

People come out of hate, curiosity, etc. and stay after reading more and understanding the babble on the internet doesn't accurately portray what this is about.

[–]TempestTcup1 point2 points  (6 children) | Copy Link

Right - but that doesn't necessarily mean that RPW want to HELP her write her book for profit.

[–]tofeelforever0 points1 point  (4 children) | Copy Link

Oh yes in full agreement. I was just pointing on the unintentional positives her little book might have.

[–]TempestTcup1 point2 points  (3 children) | Copy Link

Yes, every time we get trolled from another sub a new RPW or two is born :)

[–]squishles0 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy Link

The only thing I'd be worried about is it's a full on book; might bring in too many new people. Even the main redpill sub has never been hit by a book.

This is ~7k users now, lot of that is peoples alts, lurkers, dead accounts. So probably about ~2-3k active or reading; a book if successful is a lot of exposure and a lot of dilution.

[–]TempestTcup0 points1 point  (1 child) | Copy Link

I'm trying to decide exactly how many people would even buy a book like that. The manosphere will buy other manosphere books, but probably wouldn't buy books like that from outsiders. And lay people probably wouldn't know what the heck it even referred to.

[–]squishles0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

If they spin it really really bad, probably the same group of women that watch a lot of daytime tv.

Run some "online cult of regressive housewives brainwashed to hate feminism, and encourage their husbands to rape them" type spin on it; shock sells.

(funny if they do that, then people come here and just see the recipe thread XD )

[–]rpmale0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Implying she'll make any profit anyways :P

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

Yikes.

[–]Spore20120 points1 point  (2 children) | Copy Link

Let her ask her questions and write her book. Streisand effect, aka bad publicity is still good publicity.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points  (1 child) | Copy Link

we arent stopping her but we sure arent going to help her either

[–]IanIronwood0 points1 point  (0 children) | Copy Link

What's funny is I'm writing my own book on RP wives, including some of the better material from the blog. It will be fun to compare the two books.

[–]redpilldude 0 points0 points [recovered] | Copy Link

I just read part of her book "Real Women Don’t Do Housework: A Step by Step Guide to Becoming a Female Head of Household."

She's psychotic. She recommends that women take complete control over their marriages are treat their husbands like slaves.

[–]TempestTcup1 point2 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Nice, huh? We TOTALLY want her to write about us, LOL. I bet it would be called "How to Pretend to be Sweet to Get Everything YOUR Way!"

[–]somethingelse19-1 points0 points  (0 children) | Copy Link

Interesting!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
