I probably get downvoted for this, but this is another opinion for you:

Its a pretty boring culture. Everything is regulated and so are the german minds - very predictable after you get to know them. Stereotypes do hold some truths, and for the germans its that they are not funny. They are efficient and ‚ordered’. You will see that on many levels within the culture. Yes they do laugh and you can have a good time with them, but it feels more like they were told to laugh so they laugh. In other cultures it just feels more honest and authentic.

Also the women are not very feminine - some other post mentions it already. And dudes are on majority on the feminized BB side. Feminism came from germany(??) together with the proudness of women wearing pants.

On the other hand germany had a strong porn industry and this business is not as shamefull as in other countries. So prostitution is normal and quite accepted. Nobody would admit they do it, but its not a big deal.

I could go on but it really doesnt matter so much. go and see for yourself, because your experience will depend on your current culture. Maybe you will like it.

I was in Moscow a few years back during summer and then came through Berlin. Goddamn, were the Frauleins letting the side down.

Russian chicks were all summer-dresses and even some military academy girls I stumbled past were looking sharp. Then I hit Berlin and it was all dumpy, frumpy fraus with 80s mom jeans, undercuts, and scowls.

There were plenty of Teutonic hotties, but they didn't seem to embrace their femininity as much.

It's OK here. Tinder works very well. Everything is a little bit less extreme. Girls are more open about hooking up than in the US, because prudeness isn't really a virtue over here and slut-shaming is much less frequent.

As a US-citizen most people will want to be friends with you and talk about US-culture like series, stand-up and maybe NFL and NBA. The majority speaks some form of English. Contrary to popular believe (even by ourselves), we are actually relatively open to strangers and we like to learn about you.

If you come in summer, Germany is also a nice place to travel can be very beautiful if you go to the right places. Cities you want to visit are Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne and Dresden. In that order.

Been living in Germany almost my whole life and it's not worth it.
It might be super exciting on the surface as a foreigner, however a lot of stuff is going hardly wrong.
If you're in Berlin especially, which is the tourist town number one, I can recommend you some very good places you pretty much can slay with ease.
No need to learn German except for amusement mastery.

Been here 10 months, leaving soon anyways.

Lived in a small city 100k people considered one of the most boring in the south(thats what a lot of people said).

Some facts:

Girls here loved guys who talked English, like my British friend could open to any girl and pretty hot and they would be receptive.
People all over Europe: Italians, Romanians, "Turkish", Spanish...
Pretty cucked country: Single people pay 40% taxes of their gross income that go to Refugees and stupid shit mostly.
Refugees are a problem, people avoid the topic but they simply come here and don't work, get money from the government to fucking and have shit tons of kids. Met one who was been here for two years and has to yet work a single day.
Best way to integrate is learning the language, that compared to my mother tongue is a fucking mess and hard to learn.
If European and on the STEM field it's one of the best places to be work wise.

Germany is ok-ish. It's swinging a bit to the right side again (which afaik has alot of parallels with trp). It's still pretty affarmative action based.

In my opinion germany is a bit too regulated. So many rulea for everything. I guess that's what we are famous for, but it becomes annyoing very fast.

If you just want a european country with beautiful women, I can recommend poland, because most of poland is conservative. If you want to go to germany, because you can already speak german, you'll be fine. Just don't engage political discussions with anyone and you should be alright.

If you're from the states you might be disapointed: You have to take care of everything yourself! People care about each other and the environment, you get awesome medical treatment although you might not need it, because nooone will shoot you. We have no safespaces and you still may express whatever comes to your mind (except for "sieg heil") and on average people of all ages are well educated.

But if you are white, you might find that a lot of people are interested in meeting foreigners. If you're black you might find women very much interested in you... lowest-class-women usually, but a hole is a hole, right?

In terms of picking up girls: We're not as fucked up as the US in terms of the typical female behaviors discussed here and you don't have to fear after-sex-rape-allegations. Our laws are still pretty relaxed.

For your career it will be a good booster, since we are known to be the one's who get things done at work. I think it works the other way as well. Even the lazy Germans are extremely productive and usually have a good attitude towards their work. That's one major reason companies love to hire Germans.

(This is a mixture of my experience in the US and the experience of Americans I meet/worked with in Germany)

i spent a week and a half on business near Stuttgart. saw a bunch of stuff. i thought the local swabian girls were conservative looking but fit and attractive. very few ham beasts. the brothel in the town we stayed (schwabish gmund) only charged something like $79 euros. i didn't partake in it, but thought it was cool that nobody seemed to be outraged by the brothel right on a main street.

overall, good workers, efficient, had a "as long as it's victimless, let people indulge their vices" attitude.

i loved the visit and intend to go back and see more around lake constance one day.

I would say we grow perfect BBs. We also have very hard alphas and most of them own a business. So it's a very good place for both, because at some point you end up training with the upper managment at Pfitzenmeier (or even higher) while the hot shit leaves Vanice Beach (lower class gym of the same owner).

Every body says go to Berlin when the real germany is the Ruhr Area. 5 Million people are living here and Berlin is full of hipster fags.

I spent two months in Hamburg, very nice city. I had a group of friends there, all ethnic minorities while I was white. They said they found the German people "rude", whereas I didn't get that. Some seemed stress, and there was indeed 1 guy who was rude but most seemed very polite. Perhaps they liked me?
